During the pandemic when everything was open to 30% capacity with social distancing required there was one asshole that brought a group to a bar with a live band. He asked the manager (that I know very well and his wife) if he could film the band but he promised he would not post it. But there is nothing to see in Angeles. It is not exactly London or Rome. Such videos were useful during Covid to get a feel for the place. Some vloggers are good. I would recommend Soft White Underbelly who interviews all kinds of marginalised Americans. He is a talented guy and a much better interviewer than any mainstream guy. Other vloggers are addictive in their niche areas and cooks and so on can have huge followings. But just walking around a ramshackle town and telling us what 1000000 other videos told us. To be fair, it is a global blight and universities even have courses now on how to be a social influencer.

I think good videos could be done in Angeles by a professional sitting down and interviewing "stakeholders" but such a star would go to greener pastures. The ex military expats will probably hang in for another few years but their days are numbered in all ways.

In royal Amsterdam hotel, the girls are required to present ID an vax card, no exceptions. I don't know about the other hotels.

In its current state I would not recommend royal amsterdam. Score birds and Central Park Tower don't do that nonsense and I'm sure the rest also don't check for this.
