If your looking for up front value for money, there are several countries where sub $15 girls are still plentiful. However, you need to factor in language and security issues. From Aus, your cost and time to get to these can also quickly outweigh any per shot savings.

There are certainly cheaper placed in PI than Cebu and provincial girls can offer 1st class GFE. My rates are on a sliding scale.
