Returned a few days ago from 5 days and nights in AC.

Over all a very good time. As was posted earlier today, Night Moves on Perimeter was well stocked and certainly worth the afternoon. Next door over at Det5 was very good also with lots of girls. Does seem there was a lack of customers in AC last week but there was a lot of rain also. ABC Hotel was as good as always. Russian dancers at Aqua were pretty darn outstanding, but were untouchable. I tried and failed, but the efforts were entertaining.

There are still lots of bar fines of less than 2,000 pesos to be had, which is still pretty economical. Found a couple of do-able girls for 1700 pesos, which means she only get about $17 US after splitting with the house. Also paid up to $3500 off Perimeter. Over all was good time and I will go again next time I have the chance. The demise of AC often discussed here is overstated in my opinion. I am sure AC is different compared to 10 years ago. But, the only constant is change and AC is not immune.

While I realize AC is very different compared to 10 and 20 years ago, I don't think the changes over the past five years have been too significant. Maybe more Korean, but there is still plenty of variety for the non-Asian crowd.

And the rash of bars from Platinum (ex Firepit) to Night Moves. I must say Midnight Cruiser had some very good looking girls and is a tightly run ship. Aussie owner. Gregarious guy.
