Mine "assumption" about Koreans is based off many many trips to AC and having good conversations with girls there. Well, for a start, most of the girls in Atlantis and Pony Tails are ugly and fat so neither the Koreans nor non-Koreans have any particular monopoly. Your question becomes rather academic. There is no filtering of girls as you suggest. Some girls will not accept a barfine for various reasons. Pony Tails is a daytime bar which locks up at 9.00 pm and Atlantis is a night time bar. Most girls, if they need the money, will accept a barfine, regardless of your nationality. Pony Tails girls will generally only do ST as it is a daytime bar. Day 1: Genesis bus from NAIA to SM Clark 366. Trike from SM Clark to hotel 80. Hotel 1472. BBQ rib dinner at Phillies 400. Spa treatment: nails, foot scrub, 2 HR massage 1100. Perimeter bar rum & coke 65. Fields bar Gatorade 100. High Society rum & coke 100. Chick all night from High Society 1500. = 5183 pesos or US $102.

Day 2: Hotel has free breakfast and if you don't take a chick to eat with you, you can get 2. Hotel 1472. Lunch Kokomo's 300. Haircut 100. Dinner Margarita Station 400. Massage 200. Perimeter rum & coke 65. Fields Gatorade 100. HS rum & coke 100. HS chick 1500. = 4237 or US $84.

2 days including transpo from NAIA & hotel: 9420 PHP or US $186.

Can even keep going. Day 3 I am back on that bus to Manila at 2 pm after 1 pm checkout so add another 80 p for trike + 366 p = 446 p or US $8.78 for the bus and I am still under US $200, which I can use to buy snacks at the grocery store to take on the bus!

A girl can reject a monger's offer for many reasons, not just based on race. You will never find out the reason. Damn Big Baller. I have had some good times in AC and I don't think I have ever even spent 10,000 pesos in 3 days INCLUDING hotel and food. That initial 10,000 that I take out of the ATM at NAIA tends to last me quite a while. Could you break down for us what you are spending 10,000 in 1 day on?

I heard the very huge shopping mall being built along perimeter Road here is Chinese money so they are in AC now.

These buildings are inside the CDC freetrade zone. Ie don't expect access to be made from the Perimeter Road side.

When people talk about investment and buildings, be aware there is significant difference between investing outside the base and inside. Foreigner money can be made inside the base with wholly owned corporations, not in partnership with Filipino. As well as Chinese money, there is big money from Korea in Suncity and big money from Japan in the area near the race track.

The impact of this is that this creates alternate employment opportunities for local staff. While an uneducated pregnant teenager may not be working in a top flight call center, she can however fill the vacancy of the girls who do migrate into employment on base.

But don't panic just yet, the population just keeps growing.
