The main reason I want to go to PI is it would be the first mongering country where the regular girls speak English. Usually I have to use my horrible Spanish or horrible Portuguese to hit on regular girls, and it's so hard.

Couple of thoughts on English and Tagalog here. The English is spoken with a hard accent, where the sylables are often separated (whereas in Brit / Am English, they run together). It can be a bit difficult to get used to. And the girl's English is a small subset of the words that you are used to using; just the basics, depending on who you are talking to. Academic English is not a thing here. OTOH, your Spanish, no matter how weak, will be a bonus, as you will catch words here and there when two pinoy are talking to each other, as there are Spanish words in all the dialects here. Would you say the regular girls at the malls and servers at restaurants are hotter than the hookers at the bars and massage places, or do most hot ones go into hooking.

That's difficult. You will see hotties in gogo bars. But not so much in massage places; massage places here typically just have massage ladies (all ages and looks) who may or may not double as hookers once on the table (not where you go when you are wanting attractive). But yes, there are oodles of servers and mall employees that are pretty. In fact, they are typically in the 18-30 age range (unlike in my country, where they hire all ages), as most businesses hire only youth.

Sure their hair and makeup may be in point (even that is a maybe now) but I have seen far more naturally beautiful girls out in the wild. Its amazing the number of absolute goddesses I have seen in dry market buying carrots or stepping into a 50c trike, jeepney or angkot.

I've never understood the assumption that the prettiest girls in town are hanging from a pole, hooking in bars. Sure their hair and makeup may be in point (even that is a maybe now) but I have seen far more naturally beautiful girls out in the wild. Pinas everywhere are amazingly approachable. AC also has the advantage of all the girls know why we are there and they themselves have generally come to town in search of funds, legitimate or not. If you are polite and don't start every conversation as if you are talking to a hooker, then you will have no problems finding girls in malls, restaurants etc. Just understand it may not be point and shoot. There may be an introductory coffee or a wait until after work involved. Its worth the effort though.

Yes, english is spoken broadly everywhere esp by any girl in AC interested in meeting a foreigner.

If you're a long, expensive flight away, then some research in more local areas might be worth it instead with everything added up.

Even the best-looking p4 p Filipinas in AC don't compare to Latinas, Eastern Europeans, or even other Asians like Thais. English speaking is usually their only plus point.

If the Philippines is a must, and you like it for other reasons but still want p4 p, then you can find far better options in Manila. If you can tap in to non pro market if you're rich or young or all of them then Filipinas can still be some of the best in my opinion.

Overall, AC for girl quality is average. If you love to drink and want an abundance of average girls to bareback, then you will enjoy AC. If you are old enough to find the hardened bar girls who are 25-35 years old 'young', then you will enjoy AC.

Any alternative suggestions that include bareback? I agree filipinas are ugly. But can't find any places with equal bareback options.

Don't often hit the bars of walking st on a Tuesday but as it was a bar owners birthday and he had invited me and friends to attend we went out.

Tuesday night was very quiet indeed, the streets looked pretty deserted apart from a few handfulls of asians, again going on from my last barhop review it seems that the chinese have truly discovered angeles and are growing in number, looking at most they are in their 20's / early 30's,many dressed well in expensive clothes and fairly handsome, looks like they will be giving the koreans a run for their money when it comes to the very few better looking angeles girls.

The couple of western oriented bars we popped into including lollipop bar, monsoon, champagne bar were all very quiet for punters and girls, I call them girls but maybe older women might be more accurate, did not see even 1 girl worth buying a drink for, the quality is real low, many girls 35-40 years old and fat, yes some report they find their type of girls in these western bars, all I can say is they definately are not for me and going by my my drinking pals not for them either but each to their own I guess.

Again XS bar was the standout, being a Tuesday night it too was a bit quiet for punters but there was a few slimmer ok looking girls in, some of the other asian bars were quiet for both girls and punters, Friday and Saturday nights see more punters all be it asian punters.

This is the AC forum. My posts are regarding AC. It is my experience in AC unless stated otherwise. I have found AC still offers what I like to my satisfaction. You guys are responsible for your own. If your experience is unsatisfying then so stated it. Please state it from your own experience.

Past visit I was in a Korean bar that was welcoming to all. Not just Koreans. I saw 3-4 Koreans sit with 12 girls for hours drinking and ordering pizza delivery. Drinks and pizza were offered to me by the Korean "brothers". Brother is what they call me and westerner others in the bar. At least that night and the next by other Koreans to me and other westerns. The first night the 3-4 Koreans tipped every girl 1 k each upon leaving. I heard they spent over P100 k that night. The next night I saw the other set of Koreans do a shower with a stack of 50's. Probably a stack of 200 bills. They offered to buy me drinks but I declined. BTW, I only drink sodas.

At the Korean bar I never felt any discrimination with the bar girls. Matter of fact I barfined 4 lovely girls there. BF was 4 k for st. 4. 5 k for LT.

I stayed at ABC Hotel and saw quite a few Koreans there now. More so than before. At times for breakfast and dinner I perched myself at Vintage Hall. There I can see the comings and goings during the mornings and evenings. One thing I did noticed was the Koreans did not all have hotties. Most had 7's in my mind. Most of the Koreans were in groups of 3-4 with the same amount of girls tagging along.

There seems to be mixed reports on this forum. Maybe it's due to standards, maybe it's for other reasons. No one can really know until they experience it for themselves.

Here are my observations on Angeles.

There are fewer bars than pre-COVID.

The percentage of them owned or run by Koreans is higher than pre-COVID. This is due to them buying some out and also due to some non-Korean owned ones not reopening. All bars were welcoming. Girls act differently in different bars. Some are more hands-on and initiate drinks / contact. Others wait for call downs and for you to approach them. In some bars, girls won't take any notice at all until you initiate contact. Don't always take this as being ignored. Cherry girls are fakes / scams aimed at the Asian market. Whether Asian punters know this or not, I'm unsure. They might just enjoy the illusion.

The overall quality of girls is about the same as 2016-2019, but there are fewer of them to go around. There are some pretty girls, but nothing amazing that I've seen in bars. The best I've seen is probably around a 7 face with a 9 body. There are some Korean-only girls, but the percentage isn't that high. They are sometimes the best-looking girls in the bar, but not always. Even so, they are nothing special as they are still bar girls. Any genuinely hot girls don't need to be working in the bar anymore, so you shouldn't expect to be amazed by anyone's beauty. It is down to personal taste, but K-focused girls seem to be a certain style rather than actually 'better looking'. Underneath, they are almost the same. If you like this style too, then you have to try to compete with the Koreans. You can find these girls outside the bars, but on their shift, it's harder since they are discouraged by the bar owners from going with a Westerner over a Korean. This is actually more specific with Koreans than Asians. When I was in a bar with 2 other Asians who turned out to be Chinese, they were far more open and weren't bothered by the Chinese. I think Korean bar owners actually dislike them, so that discouragement doesn't exist. Although the girls might have their own views on who's going to spend more and be an easier night.

In Angeles KTV / JTV, the quality is only a bit higher overall, but they are a different style of girl. Taller, lighter. So their Asian value is higher. Again, this is down to personal taste, but you might not find them prettier or hotter. If you are open to darker-skinned girls, you'll find better bodies and possibly a face in the bars. You can meet some of them out of their shift, but a lot of them are actually platonic and already have Filipino boyfriends. Those ones are there for salaries only. For the ones who do take p4 p / relationships, if you're within a 20-year age range, it will make things a lot easier for you.

Freelancer scene:

Clubs. Mega, Hammer, Eclipse.

Online:

For higher quality girls. Tinder, Tantan.

Easy p4 p. Pinalove (not a huge amount of girls).

Random. DIA, Badoo, any others.

There are various clubs / bars scattered around the city that locals hang out too. They're popping up all the time. I spent 1 night at Shinma in Balibago. It was 90% Filipinos, some Koreans and me and 2 others were the only Westerners. I already had company when I went there; however, the other Westerner was young and decent-looking, and he was picking up some girls.

I don't think this is a p4 p crowd, but with discretion and approach, I'm sure something can be found. When going to clubs with many Filipinos, make sure the girls are there alone. Don't piss off any locals, it can and will turn nasty.

Longer term / Non-p4 p. The above apps. Takes more effort. You probably need more time. Although if you're doing this, there are better places in the Philippines to do it.

Costs. Bars: 3-5 k short time, 4-6 k long time. Some don't do LT.

- KTV if they do it outside shift 5 k + whatever the arrangement.

- Freelance 2-6 k depending on quality.

Is this place worth visiting? Well, it depends on where you are and your budget. If you're in Asia already, it's okay for 3-5 days. If you have a longer holiday planned, there are better places to do it in Asia and even the Philippines.
