Except the part about marrying a Filipino who's already married is crap. All legal marriages here are registered and proof the eligibility to marry must be presented. Yes, horror stories abound and yes, some of them are true, but the part about marrying a Filipina who's already married. Not so much.

Same story is the foreigner who thinks he has rights and the law will be fair to him marries a Filipina. They build or buy a house. They go on a week vacation and when they return her family and her first real Filipino husband have moved in. Foreigner is kicked to the curb and not a damn thing he can do about it 99% of the time since they will have family and friends in the justice system and tons of witnesses saying the foreigner did X, why and Z to the poor girl.

Thanks for clearing that up. Nice guy yes, started out as a maverick white vendor but was accepted into the local Vendors association and came with their patches. He started out making his own (Belgian) chocolates, but later switched to cheap Chinese chocolate. But I guess it worked, guys don't come to AC for quality chocolate. Or anything quality for that matter.

Thanks guys. Didn't think to Google him. Man what a Saga. Hope is in Thailand under an assumed name or something. But in any regard your comments are somewhat consistent to what my guess was. Basically trust no one and a business deal gone bad mixed with greed and lust. Thanks again Asian Pursuits, LoveIthere69 and DocWiltro for the Wisdom and links.

The guy who sold cheese who was murdered was named Billy. He had the handle Amarillodelsol. Ironically it seems the same type of situation. I am not an expat but it does make sense to really stay below the radar and not get into business. Especially with partners over there.

    Peace to all.

    Hotel Ownership

The Lewis Grand has been in a state of disrepair since 2015 when the owner disappeared. It's a big crumbling mess. In its heyday it had the biggest bed I had ever seen in the deluxe room. It could comfortably fit four hookers and one fat monger.

Does anyone know much about the owner of the ABC Hotel, Gerard Heinen? Is he the son of a Philippines senator? He's half Dutch and half Filipino. GE is a good friend of his it seems. Anyhow, here is IG:

Is this about the white guy who sold chocolates and snacks inside the bars as an ambulant vendor, or another guy? If I recall correctly that guy (Belgian?) was once attacked by someone, but survived that attempt.

Ahem. I'd like those back, please.

I wonder who is wearing Sailor Jack's banana hammocks?

Laundry service in AC is quite good, and cheap.

I pay 200 p-400 p per week and I do go through a lot of sweaty, sex soiled clothes.

Was Louis kidnapped and then murdered? Is that the jist of it? It is a a topic that can't be posted on PI at Night. I am just curious. Last I heard is his club High Society was doing great along with his hotel and then someone kidnapped him for ransom. Or at least that seems like what happened.

I am sure this post is esoteric for most of you all. And if you are still reading. It would seem keeping a very owe profile and NOT competing with local businesses is quite healthy to say the least.

As far as Louis from Louis Grand goes. I am simply curious. Can't understand why I can't post about it on other boards.
Expats don't want to talk about Lewis' disappearance because they don't want to end up like him. Obviously, plenty of folks know what happened, and there were a couple others that disappeared also and one expat businessman who left AC and has never returned. It is such a shame that a guy with his vision and business acumen ended up as he did. Also, the Lewis Grand is currently closed and is in such a shameful state of disrepair. He disappeared on November 6th of 2015: raise a glass on that day for a real legend of AC.

I think a version is posted openly on the internet. I recall it was to do with asset ownership remembering that foreigners have restrictions on what they can own. Therefor they they need to have local business partners. As the net worth of the investment would have been growing there would have been envy about the returns being received. Eventually it would have become cheaper to have the gentleman removed and disappeared allowing the assets to be wholly owned by the surviving business partners.

I think the "proof" that he wasn't murdered was that after his disappearance his phone was calling or messaging from Thailand. Problem was that his passport was still in PH.

I see that the hotel itself is looking pretty rundown.

    Jane from Cebu

This girl is far better looking than this pic shows. She was damn near perfect and she sure knew it. She was a good performer but she had a bitchy little attitude. That just increased the joy I felt when I grabbed her by the ears and pounded my turgid trouser snake against the back of her throat.

    Another 5 days in AC

I spent another 5 days in AC and here are some general observations.

    1. Monday to Wed is very slow. Not many mongers but a lot of girls. Things start picking up Thu for the weekend.

    2. A lot of bars are Korean owned but the girls seem to go with everyone. I barfined out of 3 Korean owned bars and the girls all agreed with no fuss. A good thing about the Korean bars is the girls are trained to go Long Time. I barfined a couple out of a bar at 2 pm and they stayed through the next morning with no issues and 3 x boom boom was understood. Plus they at least have some standards for the girls they hire.

    3. Some bars had not a single girl you would even buy a drink for let alone bar fine.

    4. Why is it that waitresses are prettier than the dancers in almost all the bars?

    5. Girls attitudes vary a lot. In Lollipop and Shooters the girls were energetic, dancing, lap dancing for drinks and wear bikinis. In 123 bar they wore their street clothes and sat on the stage with their back to customers playing on their phones. Guess which ones were making drink money? LOL.

    6. You can find a gem now and then at the Raymond ST bars. I found a skinny 18 yo that probably weighed 75 lbs but was the wildest thing in bed. All for 1500 Peso.

Anyway, 2 trips to AC this year is probably enough for me. Probably hit Pattaya next time.
