First Time in the Philippines was in January and loved it. Went Back it May, Again in October and the Last time just a couple of weeks ago in November for my birthday. Friday November 14th, 6 am on Fields avenue in front of Bunny Burger I got attacked from behind while checking a text on my cell. They attacked my eye which is just the worst place since there are no eye transplants. Yet. Anyway, they got nothing I am 6'1" 260 pounds and I can bench 300 lbs it was like monkeys attacking an elephant, but they could have caused permanent damage to my eye. So. Not sure if I will be back. 33 countries and never had anything like this happen to me. Good luck and try to be safe.

I'll take a crack. All the boards (countries) have off track stuff. The ones with no complaints are the ones with fewer posters, where there are sometimes days or weeks between posts. Other boards have similar off-track complaints; this one from the Medellin / Columbia thread (first page):

Based on the most recent unrelated to pussy posts, I think that some new forums should be added like:
1) gringos that have been robbed or killed in Medellin.
2) members that are pissed for having to read shit like in this forum that have nothing about pussy.
3) members that are pissed by angry members that don't appreciate the Beauty of the useless posts.
4) members that are bored out of their mind like myself and have nothing to post other than anther useless posts like this one.

Having said that, a reminder that these are the phils boards, mostly populated and run by the old guard (BM's?) Mostly their rules will apply. One gets to be in that club by posting informative / descriptive FR's. Once in, you're in. Everyone else is a newb. This ain't the thai, DR, or brazilian boards. Its easier to accept your criticism Socker, as you have been a regular poster on the phils boards, including pics. Its when newbs (anyone lacking previous informative posts) make the complaint that I don't take it seriously.

It has to be that BMs don't care about keeping the forums organized. It's that simple, they just don't care if there's a lot of non AC info on the AC Forum.

The off topic shit starts innocently enough but after is has taken a life of it's own the BMs should automatically move it to the appropriate forum, the General Info. is easy enough.

My opinion is it never really gets out of hand in the PI section of ISG but I don't fault the guys (newbs or otherwise) who say WTF is this extraneous shit doing here.

It's not that bad here and of course it will never change. lol

These long winded complaint posts are just as off topic. When I first came to this forum 8 years or so ago I first went back 20 pages or so, read forward & used the search function. Then I was in a position to ask a few targeted questions & contribute a few comments / experiences. Regulars just ask newbies to make that minimal initial effort before demanding everything handed to them on a platter.
Regulars here are often generously helpful to those who demonstrate they have made an effort to help themselves. It's human nature.
Sex is so easy to get & so cheap, it doesn't require obsessive anal focus on just that at all times. Do a little leg work, use a little manners, be surprised.

I agree 100% with every point that you make.

The "OT shit" is often issues relevant to the actual situation "on the ground" in PI (although seemingly not directly relevant to the stated mission of the ISG forum). But if it is of interest to the residents and frequent visitors, then the "OT shit" continues for some time. When this occurs, those who are not in the preceding category of members, or are just disinterested in the topic, feel irritated by the ongoing posts. That's life!

And shifting the OT to 'General Information' or similar does not work, even though there may be a post advising of the shift. Why? Laziness or simply because they are responding to a specific or original post and have not read (yet) the post notifying the shift.

As you have 2 FRs on the Philippine thread and the above is the second (the other being an informative piece about the Korean embassy that you read from the news) I doubt that you have read much in terms of the back pages. Why would you need to know about shagging in AC as you have never been here, are based in Japan (all the other FRs are posted there) and if you want to find out about the subject there is a wealth f information available if you RTFF and read back say 20-30 pages to get your kicks.
