Earlier for finding a hot girl for the whole day / night. Again this will depend on what you can offer her. Most prefer ST because they can earn more. 6 pm is a nomansland. The Koreans have already done their sweep but the short timers haven't returned yet and any westerner friendly looker will want to get in a ST then return to the bar for a second bite, not stay all night and party. Try 9 pm.

HiSo is now Gold's Bar, apparently a regular K focused Gogo. Try Mega Dance Club on Walking St or Aqua Bar atop ABC.
