As I have previously reported in my trip reports, I party almost weekly with a couple of koreans, our bar bills for an hour in each bar is roughly 15-25,000 peso per bar, divided up into our drinks lady drinks, nibbles for us and the girls etc, lets not forget most Koreans even tip the girls extra cash direct in their hand just for their company on top of the other expenses.

Last barhop with Koreans one of our group on leaving threw 10,000 peso in small notes onto the bar, of course the girls went crazy, others did the same in other bars.

You are also correct in saying that Koreans party different to westerners, Koreans go out to the bars to enjoy the company of their friends and the company of the girls, the fight over who gained the most face by spending the most, all without mainly not wanting to fuck the girls.

Its not hard to understand why the Angeles girls go crazy at the sight of Koreans entering their bars, they know here comes the big easy money, sit down, smile, play happy and earn the same money as a top surgeon per hour for the girls, all without showing the colour of their panties, what's not to love for the girls.

I think if you read my report correctly I said drinks in walking st bars.

As you and I know angel witch bar is not located on walking st so yes I'm sure if one drinks in small off the beaten path bars I'm sure its possible to find bars that allow bottles for the girls, I'm sure if one looks hard enough one can find girls that out of desperation will sit with customers with no drink.

Any of the bigger well known bars of walking st that employ some ok looking girls are serving the girls short drinks with none or very little alcohol for the many reasons I stated in my last post, mostly profit and protecting the popular girls.

Welcome to the Korean-ization of AC. They started by showing up with large cash in hand. They barfine the hotties in advance. They take the girls out drinking and dancing. They might not even f*ck the girl, and worse (or better, for the girl), they might not even take her back to his hotel. They then give generous tips, often more than she earned for her share of the barfine. Now: They own the bars. As NS points out, they make up an increasing percent of the punters.

Same with me early January. Girls in Lollipop and Qbar drinking SML. Single drinks that I bought. I have never seen a small drink glass in the bars. Other than a real shot of booze. Which you can smell it is alcohol.

Agreed with NS that it is now 300-350 pesos for LDs, regardless. Cheapest I paid last week was 320 and 350 is becoming common. My own Pilzen beers were generally 130-150, though a few places were cheaper.

I was surprised to see several girls I bought for drinking Red Horse. They said they liked it specifically because it was stronger than Pilzen, and they tended to be the drunk ones, a couple saying they had more 5 to 8 through the night. (They also tended to be the older ones.) And they downed those things mighty quickly. I do not know how they happen to stay so thin when they drink so many. Good genes, I guess. As you said, the other girls typically had "cocktails" with little to no potency. And I fully agree (after making a few errors as reported) that getting things nailed down over the 1st LD should be the goal. As far as I could tell, the ones who were ready to BF were ready from the moment they sat down. Those who were not going to BF were not prepared to budge even with multiple drinks.

You want LT, offer her p1000 (or whatever) for staying until a certain time and give 2 pops. This is how the Burgos system works. You'd never negotiate a tip in Burgos, then give her that amount if she pulled a runner.

Always advise of a possible tip up front. Most girls do not want to commit to LT up front if they don't know you. Most are neverous and skeptical about BF.

This gives me a thought of having some nice prizes displayed in the room. Like fancy perfume, deluxe shampoo and conditioner and other lady stuff. Possibly a new cell phone as top prize. While we are on the subject of lady drinks I think it is fair to say for the noobies that when one is in a walking st bar and sees a girl to his liking and wants to call her over to get to know her, well unfortunately chats are not free, by calling a girl over to sit with you you are in fact asking the girl to join you in a drink.

Obviously bars are designed to make the most money for the bar so soon as your girl is seated next to her punter a waitress will be over asking the girl what she wants to drink, refuse to buy a drink or say to the waitress I want to have a quick chat with the girl then that girl will immediately depart.

Wanting to talk to a girl even briefly will cost at least 1 lady drink, no way around it, many girls are in the business of hustling drinks, its how they survive, yes they will be nice, yes they will smile and tell one what one wants to hear, all the while those expensive lady drinks are racking up on ones bill and what's worse for many of the girls they have no intention of leaving their bar while giving the impression that they might be persuaded by a few more drinks.

Want to save money in the bars, buy the 1 lady drink, that will give one 10 odd minutes to ask the important questions about barfining, if the girl is not ready to leave after the 1 drink then she is not going to leave even with 10 lady drinks bought, sorry to be brutal but unfortunately in the new Angeles city the bar owners and girls look after themselves not the punters pockets.

I haven't seen a girl ask for (or receive) a beer in years (AC or Burgos). Cranberry juice, shots of tequila, like that. Subsequent drinks after the first might be chosen by the mama (to keep the girl from getting drunk), alternating alcohol with juice. The mama doesn't necessarily need to be present, the waitresses know what is on / off the menu for the girl. I believe in the old days there were single and double-priced LD's? Gents?

You are absolutely correct westy, girls drinks come in a small tumbler glass and normally contain no alcohol or very little alcohol, the last thing the bar needs is drunk girls an hour after opening time who are either puking or wanting to lie down, not good for business.

As far as single lady drinks / doubke drinks I'm afraid that is the thing of the distant past, as far as I have seen most walking st bars have one price lady drinks which are normally 300-350 peso.

I've mostly spent my days there in Olongapo and atleast there the normal lady drink I used to give was SmL, sometimes Redhorse or by minumum SmAplle / Lemon. No way I feel happy paying 300 php for a glass of cranberryjuice which a) won't make her tipsy b) won't last more than a minute to finish. Thanks in advance.

As is said below, it's not unheard of for that to be a bottle of water if the girl is a non drinker. It's no offence to the guy. She just want to be social and inclusive without getting wasted by 7:30 every night. A dirty little secret is that many of the foreign bar managers use the same tool to survive decades of supposedly drinking with every customer that comes through the door. Sure, some drink like fish but others prefer to have some form of liver left over.

I'd agree that girls making a supposed tequila disappear in seconds then requesting another is not good and my excuse to exit stage left. Unfortunately I've seen groups of girls arrive with trays of shots and minutes later '00's dollars of drinks are gone and so are the girls.

Yeah I can confirm not that long ago there was an option to buy either a single ladies drink (usually soda or juice) or double drink (usually a beer) and prices were usually 150 single /300 double. Only Dollhouse group didn't have this policy and all their ladies drinks had the same price 250 php.

I'm not trying to make the girls too much drunk I'm just saying a beer last longer = has more value when it comes to talking with the girl plus they usually tend to relax a bit.
