Skytrax Disco is still open. On weekends they charge admission fee which includes one drink. I remember before they never used to charge admission fee for foreigners. Yes, you can pick up girls from there. Local girls also come there with their boyfriends. Just be carefull who you proposition?

There are many hard core girls there too. Those girls who were barfined before and ran away come there looking to make some extra money for the night. Many of these girls do not want to go back to the bar because the mamasan will get angry and they will get a " runner " image.

The real funny thing here is that some dumb asses don't know how to read a non-fictional accounting of a true event. I said I have lived in Korea for 11 years and was married to one for over 20. I also NEVER said that I hate Koreans. Get your facts straight before you start criticizing!

Fields is a relatively short street in a tourist area; less expensive hotels will be found on Perimeter or away from Fields.

If you want a hotel ON Fields, Bangkok Hotel (http://www.bangkokhotel.co.kr/eng_standard.html) might be the cheapest (1100 pesos for standard room). There's places near Main Gate / Royal Apartelle that might be similar. Anything cheaper?

There should be cheaper hotels couple of blocks away from Fields.

That should be in the US. The land of PC (political correctness).

But the lawsuits will mainly be filed by blacks and handicap people. It seems those 2 groups are the most aggressive in dealing with discrimination. My guess is that Europe should see more of these type of problems / lawsuits in the future; it seems Europe is starting to suffer thru race relation problems that the US suffered many years ago.

As a business owner, you can refuse service to anyone (especially the white majority). But you have to be extra careful with the minorities.

Funny example: Several years ago in the South, some late night diner made the blacks pre-pay for their meals. Whites paid afterwards. This was because statistically, some of the blacks would leave without paying. After some of the blacks complained, that diner chain got into trouble.

Gentlemans Club (next door to Eruptions and Dr Holmes) has free wifi.

It's also a nice place to relax with a beer and cute (take home) waitress.
