There are no direct flights from SZ to Clark.

Closest is for you to fly out of HK as it is not far from SZ anyway.

    Flights

Not sure if there are any flights from SZ to AC.

Have used Cebu Pacific to go to and from HK to AC and Macau and AC.

Well I have as good a sense of humor as anyone but I just did not see the point of "'insulting" him and still not addressing his question in any helpful way.

Anyway. . . . No matter. More important things ahead. I am waiting for a big-boobed massage girl to turn up any minute and today's the day I am going to get her to let them loose so I can play while she deals with my tender spots.

    I found it funny.

Ps. It took. 04 seconds on Google, and that was on my slow Internet service.

I know many US credit cards companies will not authorize overseas use unless you call their customer service number and inform them that you will be traveling to certain countries and will be using their cards. Then they will accept the charges. Happened to me in Japan and some countries in Europe.
My last trip in Dec / Jan my Canadian Visa worked on Cebu Pacific but rejected by PAL while my Canadian MC worked on PAL but rejected by Cebu Pacific. Seems to be a total crap shoot.

I live in Taipei and they won't accept any of the 5 cards I hold nor the 3 my PA holds. What to do. Find a travel agent and go back to the original method. An airline that thimks all its travellers hold a Phil issued cards has its head in the clouds. . Not to mention the mind numbingly boringly DUMB games they insist on playing!
