Got into town on Sunday and checked into "the Breeze", they still have some hotties working the desk. One hour massage (never even had one of the massage girls "hint " at anything more) and off to meet Transporter, and a buddy of his that was on his "cherry" visit to AC. I had even bought a new outfit for the pictures she promised, I can be a real chump sometimes.

Next day went to a few of the Perimeter bars, and saw a few keepers. All the ones I was interested in were "cherry girls" which instantly made me NOT interested! Finally settled on a slender little thing from Ponytails and had a good night. If I would have waited, I would have for sure made a run at the Tequila gal from Ponytails, she was HOT!

Sent the girl home early due to a early flight out. This was a quick trip but I did notice that the trends reported here are TRUE, BF's going up, Girls with attitudes. At least on the higher end Fields' bars, and all kind of excuses not to barfine. I think many are making enough with the more expensive LD's they don't need to barfine.

AC is still fun, but more work than even a few months ago. I did see more than a few BSD's on a once in a lifetime venture. I am not sure they have enough numbers to affect the market, but they do change the dynamic in any given bar on any given night. They come in and I leave for another bar, because I won't compete with that.

Welcome back to AC, U! Barfine ranges from 1200 to 3000 in AC. (Exception is some BJ-bars with 700 for ST.) With the majority from 1500-1800. A very few bars have multiple fares, most have one standard. Now, the thing with AC is that it is not specified whether this is ST or LT. You may agree on this with the girl while in the bar, but nothing is guaranteed. Remember that the BF is a EWR, legally the girl only agrees to go with you outside the bar, nothing more. But: sex is expected, if she don't deliver, go back to the bar and complain at once! (Talk to the manager without other people listening.)

Then there is the cost of the drinks: customer / local drinks vary 60-105. LD 120-170 (or more). You only need to buy one of each. NOTHING MORE IS NECESSARRY TO PAY! You may tip if you want to (max 500!) or pay breakfast. If you are satiesfied, she did what was promised, stayed LT, etc, but that's up to you. Generally I recommend: don't tip!

Watch out for these betes noir: Pushy street vedors. Bad attitude at bigger show bars, included waitresses expecting tips for being rude. Girls claiming to get pregnant after you have been with them. Meeting the same girl several times and getting emotional: From your experiences in China you probably know all about this; if you come as a sex-tourist, then stay sex-tourist!

It's a fact that AC is not as good as before (2 years+) but it is still a great place to come and have fun, and way cheaper than Thailand. BTW: it would be interesting to hear about how it was in AC in the good old days, tell some stories!

Thanks for the great info! After being in Asia for 16 years and going to all the spots (e.g, Thailand, Japan, etc) , as I get older, I miss talking to young girls (over 18) in English. And most of the PI girls are sweet, more so than the China girls. AC is really cheap compared to the money I have paid in Macau or Japan. I will plan to go to PI on a regular basis, it is truly "the land of ladies."

As for my story, when I was a newbie 16 years ago, my first stop was Cebu. After living in the U.S. and Canada up till that point, I was like a kid in a canday store with all the young hot girls and the cheap good sex. Officially, the barfine is all-inclusive. However, it is customary to give a tip. If the girl did a good job, she pretty much expects one. How much of a tip depends on whom you ask, and varies greatly. It also depends on whether the girl stayed ST or LT. Note that ST in AC SHOULD mean 3 hours and 2 rounds (sometimes 3, if you can manage).

For me:

LT tip 0-500-1000:

Early leaver / assorted bullshit / didn't do what she said she would during the interview 0 p.

Average, run-of-the-mill performance (but still multiple rounds) 500 p.

Good-great performance 1000 p.

ST tip 0-200-500.

Although lately I am turning into a bit of a mean bastard: either the girl gets the whole enchilada (1000 P) if she was good, or 0 p otherwise.

The girls talk of course. So if a girl did good, and you gave her a lousy tip or no tip, the girls from that bar may not be so keen to go with you in the future.

I have one question, from the post here, the guys talk about p1, 500 to p3, 000. This is of course the bar fine. My question is do you need to pay the girl additional money? For example, do I need to pay the bar fine, plus pay the girl based on what she and I agree to? If I need to pay the girl additional money, what is the going rate most guys pay to the girl.

1) Agreed, I just don't pull or even try to pull from the Big Bars. To each his own, though.

2) Door girls can be great, but then you have to be careful walking past the bar. I remember being able to stand in front of Kokomo's and see 7 former barfines working doors. I have a problem.

I did not pull any girls from Crystal Palace or Atlantis or any of the other big show-girl type places and I never got rid of a LT before 11AM. I do agree that it is important to interview them thoroughly first as I had a few that would only do ST and some that would only do ST in the bar on the couch and one or two that said they only go with Asians. Some of the LT girls were iffy in the bar indicating that they wanted to leave early and these seemed to leave the latest so go figure. When a girl would ask me in the bar when she could leave or what LT was I always said we would boom-boom, sleep, and then whenever her lazy ass woke up we would boom-boom again and then she could go, breakfast optional. Note that I often got a second round in either before sleeping or after waking up so if you are having problems with them leaving before 9AM it might either be your personality, the girls you are picking, or where you are picking them from. Also note that I never promised a tip to keep a girl longer.

On the subject of waitresses I took two of them and they were great. Just be careful to get more of a feel on them since they can hide some problems with their uniforms. Never took a door girl and some of them were very hot. Putting that on my list of things to do next trip.

I would definitely use a hotel car for that, or use Margarita Station. I can't put a link in here but I'm sure an internet search will lead you to the right spot. I wouldn't bother to try to haggle with an airport taxi. Even if you save money-and that's a huge if-it's not worth the trouble. Not just from a risk standpoint, but Manila drivers are not going to be as efficient at getting from point A to point B quickly, whereas the hotel and Margarita drivers will be guys that know the route (and know how to get to your hotel once there). Margarita Station drivers will even have beers in a cooler for you (or sodas, if you don't drink beer) for a whopping 20 pesos or so.

And I wouldn't worry about getting to AC at that time. You can be in a bar by 2am. Depends on the bottleneck at immigration more than anything. Even so, many Fields bars are open until 4, and a couple are open 24 hours. You're really only looking at an extra 60 or 90 minutes to get to a bar in AC as compared to navigating to your Manila hotel and getting checked in and finding some action there. I would only stay in Manila if you're interested in checking out the scene in Manila-nothing wrong with that, if that's what you want. But I wouldn't let the clock make the decision.

For my first trip to the PI, I realized that my plane is landing in MNL at 11pm, with my final destination being Angeles City (I believe I take a taxi?). One question I had was that since I will need to be taking a taxi so late at night, whether it is safe? I have heard of taxis sometimes taking passengers on random detours, and I am pretty wary of taxi drivers in foreign countries just based on past experience. Just want to be safe.

I don't think taking a late night taxi all the way to AC is particularly unsafe, and it obviously saves you the hassle of checking in / out of a hotel in Mnl. But if the regulars don't do it, there must be a reason. By the time you arrive in AC, get your hotel sorted out, the bars will be closing. I like to get a little first night nookie to take the edge off. .

Private bus transportation notes:

I got into AC yesterday via FlytheBus out of Swagman Hotel. I think it runs three times a day. Another bus, Southern Cross Htl. (mnl) /Brass Knob Htl. (AC) run a once a day bus and the bus is newer and more comfortable than the Swagman buses. 600 pesos.

I've given the URLs before and you can search on the Internet where you will find times.

Since someone on the bus yesterday was confused, let me explain. Out of Manila you have to find your own transportation to the area near Ermita church. Both buses run from there. They then slog thru the Manila traffic and should get you to AC in about two hours. They will ask you for your hotel enroute and transport you to that location. They might move you to a van for that purpose. It seems to vary. If you don't have a hotel, Kokomos iRestaurant (has some rooms) is a good place to start your search as I'm pretty sure they will hold your bags while you run around looking for a hotel.

Not sure what you mean by NWA? It is a korean airlines flight. Yes, I am a newbie.

So I take it from the responses regarding staying the night or getting a private driver that I was correct in assuming that traveling that late at night with a taxi is unsafe?

I am thinking of just taking the private hotel car to Angeles as some have suggested, but since I have never been to Manila, I am also thinking that perhaps I should stay for a night or two there too? Originally, I was planning to head straight for Angeles and stay there. So it's safe to take a taxi late at night from the airport to a hotel in Manila?

This short time girls seem to be the norm at Fields now. I was there visiting various bars for 4 days while in AC last week. My first night was spent at Blue Nile and Club Asia. At Club Asia I invited at least 2 girls for lady drinks while trying to know them. Both were 20yo and cute. If you don't ask how long they will stay, many girls will think it's their right to leave after a quickie. After checking the map you are correct. I had no idea that was Blow Row until you said something then I went to pick the girl up and a chick at another bar asked if I wanted a blow job. Then I thought let me double check the map. This girl has been here for an hour and tried the "go back to the bar" trick on me. I laughed at her and told her that she knows the rules. 3 HOURS! I was not in the BJ bars. But as I have walked around more it seems the smaller bars are the ones that offer ST as well, but the larger bars and agogos have one set price. A girl at the Bunny Ranch just told me that the bar fine would be from now (9:30pm) until tomorrow afternoon. But I'm catching the bus in a couple of hours so I am going to get a ST who I told I would be back at 10 for 700.
