Posts: 1290more hard days in office...
After one week, nothing much to desire is left,
going back home tomorrow....
Tough job but someone's gotta do it. :D :D
I love the low season, so many beauties to choose from.
Afternoon usually a threesome in one of my favorite Perimeter bars,
then dinner and evening barfines from Bedrock, Emotions (2x), Bodyshop (2x) and Atlantis.
Today still undecided, saw a nice one in Honey Pot.
We'll see.
For next trip I booked Lewis Grand, will report about it.
But what I saw so far, it's worth the money.
Bumbed into a relaxed bar, surprise surprise!
Barfine 1,000ps only and ladydrink 90ps.
Thought those bars don't exist anymore.
One tall cherry-hottie in Insomnia, please someone do the needful, okay? :D
Prices of food and so on increased somewhat 20% on YTD, I estimate.
SMB in several bars in Fields 95ps oredi.
Burnt roughly 5k a day ex hotel.
Cheers!

Posts: 213CSUN: There are SEVERAL bars in AC where the uniform resembles a school uniform but NOT aware of any in Manila. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the names right now but it will be no trouble finding them if he just walks around looking into various bars. It is also cheap to BUY a schoolgirl uniform you can get your honeyko to wear once you get her in the room.

would I hire a pinoy attorney or an American attorney? You get what you pay for. And no, nothing is automatic with the child or mom.
Trust me, I'm a lawyer.

Posts: 705School girl type of club
Hi, I am asking for a friend of mine who will be going to Angeles next month. He has been to Angeles last year and really like it. When he was there last time someone told him that there was a club where the girls dress up like school girls. He did search but did not find anything. I told him that I thought there was a club like that in Manila but did not think it existed in Angeles but I figured I would post it here in case I was wrong and such a club does exist.
I would appreciate any feedback from the experts.
PS, I did do a search but did not find anything.

Posts: 213Perhaps There Should be a Separate Thread on Visas
Ge: I, also, do not mean to be hypertechnical but must still disagree with you as NOTHING is "automatic" in terms of a "right" to immigrate to the US. It is a "privilege" (using the term loosely). Stripping citizenship after it is conferred requires due process; applications only require a modicum of due process and are only subject to judicial review in very limited circumstances. Put differently, the Consular officer has lots of latitude (AKA discretion) to order "administrative review" or further investigation of any petition.
The minor child of a US citizen can have their petition denied if the petitioning party makes a misrepresentation in the application. There may be other grounds for denial as well.
Granted there is less discretion to deny than in the case of the mother seeking derivative status, but to suggest that the child "automatically" gets citizenship and the mother does not is simply not accurate.

I am just wondering if this entire discussion is not a little off topic, at least in the AC section? Ready to get grilled now! :)
Cheers!

Posts: 3281I think U.S. visa works different way.
I have not personally done it but when I went to U.S. embassy in Manila
To add pages in my Passport there was a brochure.
Reading that it says if you have a child out of wedlock you have to register the child with the embassy. No mention is made about the child's mother.
They will get the Paternity tests done. It says if the Paternity is proved
you are liable for the child support even if the child is not in U.S.
By registering you accept the child as your own and are responsible totally for the childcare expenses including medical. I take it by this the mother can legally approach the U.S. embassy for child support payments. i do not know how U.S. embassy can pursue this. I guess they can trace through the I.R.S.
They can process the claim for the child to enter U.S. But again no mention was made about the mother.
The child has upto the age of 23 to claim Citizenship and come to U.S. once the registration is done.
If you think you are the father you have upto the child's age of 16 years to file to register.
If any of you deadbeat dads are out there take notice.
Sending money is one way of making sure the child and the mother live well.

Plase go back to my ypost.
I did not say that the mother has immediate rights to citizenship. Far from it.
The child automatically gets citizenship and the passport. The mother gets access via visa as the primary carer for the child. I do not know the specific title of the visa, but it works.
If the mother in in country for long enough, she may apply for permanent residency, and eventually citizenship. But you are talking five years or so.

It is called registering a foreign birth. Need to make sure your name is on the birth certificate to register the baby at the embassy.
