Learn to say NO in a polite but firm manner. Look for early signals. If you are confidant with saying NO, she will understand and will not try bullshit.

Add me to the list of guys that have gotten refunds. I also personally know of others that got refunds. Bars have been busted, and will be busted. That didn't matter when getting the refund. Different gents will have different experiences, but I am with Kazeu. I have written about specific experiences in years past where I got barfines back (or partial barfines) in both AC and Cebu. Admittedly those were unusual experiences, but they occurred. Alternately, instead of a refund, a mama or manager offered a different girl.

To agree with the other gents, certainly the OP confessing that he took the girl out of the bar for a long period of time (ie, drinks, dinner, shopping, etc) would most probably cause the manager to refuse the refund.
