The bar has a nightclub feel to it. It has tables, dancers, and singers. It also has a lounge area in front.

This bar currently doesn't get totally packed, but I think it will do well in the future. It has a good location, right next to Genesis go-go bar.

There girls are wearing dresses in there. I guess they're trying to be classy. I was told that the girls charge what they want, but most of them will want 5,000 pesos; and half goes to the bar. So I'm assuming independent freelancers are not allowed in. Didn't get a good look at all the girls, but most seem slightly above average, nothing to rave about.

Bad thing is that they allow smoking in there. Even worst is that they allow the girls to smoke. In the old days, they allowed the customers to smoke, but not the girls.

One week down, not even close to tired of this place. I joined up with some other handsome dudes I'd met earlier in the week and we rolled as wingmen for the night. VIP treatment at a bunch of the bars which was nice. Didn't hurt that these guys liked to spend.

The gringo owner of a popular Wolfpack bar comped all our drinks for the night and gave us a tour of the place, upstairs in the dressing rooms, the roof, the inner paths to the other neighboring bars. He also broke down the finances very specifically since my new friends claimed they wanted to buy a bar eventually. He spent years managing bars and learning the system before buying. But he claims to be making bank. I believe him, he obviously put in his ten thousand hours. He said average amount of barfines a day is 11. Place was packed and the girls drink free beyond lady drinks so they were wild. A bunch of hot civilian chicks with real jobs wandering around too. I think it was someone in management's birthday. He said the corruption payment to the city was 30 k flat per month which I found interesting. He admitted it was a complete shakedown but worth it.

My cohorts found barfines and went to Mega Dance. I found my target at Lollipop, but after a drink she wanted to go to Mega also. Few thoughts on the latest few barhops.

Pirates bar, lots of greeter girls outside and few girls in, wearing very smart black skirts and white shirts, some ok, some old, some fatties, mixture of a bit of everything in truth, worth further investigation and try to see if any of the better girls like westerners, was in a hurry this night to go meet friends in club xs but will be back.

Skyfalls bar, mainly asian punters, couple of ok lookers already seated with asians, nothing else on stage caught our eye,1 quick drink and left.

Club xs, again the no1 bar in angeles for lookers, shows, great staff and management, always feel at home here, girls can be mighty choosy who they drink with and even fussier who they bar fine with clientele almost only asians, many times I am the only westerner but always a good nights entertainment here.

Q bar, much quiter than usual, maybe 10 girls as apposed to the 30 odd girls usually, some lookers, helps if one is asian if one wants attention from the girls.

Genessis bar, a few greeter girls outside,1 cute, younger and fairly slim, asked her in for drinks but she declined saying she had to stay outside, few ok looking girls inside, a little to fat for my liking but faces cute enough, anyone like the fatties this might just be the bar for you.

Club Lucifer, smallish bar, was many moons ago one of our go to places, had not visited in a while, couple of fat girls as greeter girls outside, we did not let this deter us, a friendly doorman that was absolutely huge but was very welcoming and friendly, about 6 or 7 girls, mostly older girls, mama was a bit pushy asking us to choose girls to sit as soon as our beer arrived, we were the only customers, maybe give it a miss in future.

Bad boy bar, no greeters, no doormen outside, inside was very few girls, probably a handful, although no lookers one girl was at least slim and fairly young, maybe 27/28 years old, had a big boil on her eye brow which let her down, again no other customers 1 drink and was out of there.

Champagne bar, shooters bar, bar nana, baccara bar, popped our heads in for the 1 drink only, not worth staying for a 2nd drink, very quiet in all 4 bars for punters and girls.

IN summing up, its Christmas week, many, many girls have left town for the holiday, reports that they will be back some time after new year, lets wait and see how many return, the state of the roads and pave ments all over angeles is 4th world, big holes dug on walking street outside the closed galaxy hotel, goes on for quite some stretch, obviously unlit, so a real hazard if one has had a drink, many many bars with no customers at all, especially the western oriented bars, few bums on seats in lollipop bar (expats) but the girls tend to be low grade but playful, its obviously meant to be peak season in angeles but many western tourists just have not shown up this time, many bars struggling to pay the bills, in truth if it were not for the asians spending large in some bars this town would have closed the lights long ago IMHO.

Guys are saying only Asians get attention from girls in AC, well that's not what I'm seeing. I'm a foreigner, I've been to AC four times this year and have banged lots of hot girls. Although I agree with some of the points, many are off base as I'm assuming you are referring to Filipinas and Philippines in general.

People tend to forget that MOST Filipinos are multi linguistic. Most can speak fluently in 3 languages (their native island tongue, Tagalog and English). Most people from my own developed country can only speak ONE language and some can't even do that properly. So they are not dumb. Not as educated because of family financial situations that can’t send most kids to higher educations, not that they don’t want to but can’t.

Also ugly girls are everywhere. And many from North America are out right fat cows compare to most Asians countries.

I was the original poster about the accident and it was 1st hand info (not 2nd hand) as I was actually there that night following my friend on a 2nd motorbike. And yes, he was ordered by the authorities to pay for everything since he was the foreigner and had more money the the local. The local was penniless. So when the hospital bills came due and the hospital wants their money, you can guess where they were going to get it.

Not sure about the Philippines as I don't know personally anyone in an accident so can't give details, but guessing they will favor locals over foreigners no matter who was at fault.
