Next day I headed out along the Perimeter Road in the afternoon to see what the day time action was like. Answer: shit. Acting on info at https://www.angelescitybars.info I hit four bars. After School, Blue Sapphire and one I don't remember the name of. Again no girls better than a 4/10 with a lot of fat derelicts.

I ended my Perimeter Road exploration at Ponytails. There were better looking girls there but nothing more than a 6 (7 max). All the girls either looked bored or were busy laughing at shit on their phones. Also it was now 6 pm and the bar was closing at 7. Yes I know they normally close at 9 but on this day the waitress said they were closing at 7. The girls were winding down to finish work and most were already getting dressed into their civilian clothes for some big night out together. It looked like they were going to a wedding!

So far AC had not made a good impression on me. The hotels are poor value compared to Pattaya and the whole town is a shit hole. There is literally nothing to do other than the girly bars unless you want to hang out at the SM Mall, which is the same as any other mall in the world. The locals appear to love it though! Probably the free aircon and wifi that does it for them.

Sorry these reports are a few weeks after the event so are not as detailed as I would like.

So I arrived in AC about 3 pm and checked in to my hotel and caught up on some much needed sleep. I headed out to Walking Street about 11 pm. I spent over 2 hours bar hopping between several gogos including Dollhouse, Atlantis and Viking. In each bar I found nothing but overweight and / or ugly girls. Nothing better than a 4/10. Girls I wouldn't even shag for free. The one cute girl I saw was a waitress in Atlantis and she told me she wasn't available to BF, so back to the hotel for the night alone. This is of course my own fault. Before going to AC I read the reports that the Koreans get to the bars early and bar fine anything worth taking home, so this kinda proves the point. Lesson learned.

Worse bar I went to was Vikings. Not sure what people like about this place besides the look of it. I think this place is one of those that is complained about as being 'Korean'. I sat down and not once got a smile, a look or any enthusiasm from any of the girls on stage. The ones off stage were all busy with Korean groups and the ones on stage lacked any enthusiasm. No dancing, hardly moving etc. Sad atmosphere with what seems like a Korean boss of the place annoying girls on stage constantly. Won't return unless things are perhaps different on another day.

Yes, It's a Korean bar. I had a similar experience about two trips ago. As I walked was walking in, I saw a cutie sitting outside. I motioned to her that I wanted to buy her a drink: She gave me an annoyed look as her reply. Like You, I was also ignored inside the bar. I haven't set foot inside that bar since.

First night Angeles this trip. Only staying 3 days. Club Atlantis is def. Fun with a few shows with a chinese dragon on stage and some other Chinese themed ones because of new year. I like the vibe in this place and the perfect view. Altho I wouldn't barfine about 80% of the girls in here. Maybe my taste is just not Filipino's because in Thai and indo I could easily barfine 50+%. What I like about Angeles is the non-pressure about buying drinks. It's all very relaxed, everybody is very nice and you can actually just hang around without people hustling with you all the time. Money goes very far here too with the much cheaper price compared to other countries.

Worse bar I went to was Vikings. Not sure what people like about this place besides the look of it. I think this place is one of those that is complained about as being 'Korean'. The girls only keep 2 k from the 3. 5 k so gave her 2.5 k to come over which worked out well. One girl said if the mamasans etc. Find out a girl goes outside of the bar with a customer to avoid barfine they get fined 5 k. So when doing it this way do it discreetly.

BTW: is it more common for Filipino girls to have 'hairy' bushes? Of all girls I touched last night and the one I barfined they had a lot of hair. Wasn't used to seeing that anymore so was very surprised. Maybe its more common here? Will try a few other bars tonight. Any must-do's? Have only dollhouse planned so far. The bars where only 4/5 girls are dancing on stage are really really awkward to sit down so I prefer the bigger set-ups.

You only need paying punters from one mid-sized Chinese city to wipe out the competing nationalities in AC. We've been lucky so far they've been importing their own women in Manila and have been using Chinese-owned and run establishments. Over 1000 Chinese hookers were 'rescued' by Philippine authorities in Manila last year. Those are just the ones we know about.
