So this is a report of my first night in Angeles, and I can say with a straight face, that this place sucks and has really gone down to shit. As I previously mentioned, there are potholes everywhere and the pavement on "Walking Street" is awful. They should call it "Bust Your Ass Street" because I kept on seeing drunk ass people trip and fall all night, especially girls with high heels. Stupid. It was hot, humid, muggy and stinky. Korean restaurants, booths, and shops are everywhere. Why the hell people would pay high restaurant prices for packaged MSG infused ramen noodles is bonkers to me. I never thought I would see the day where a restaurant would sell and serve its customers packaged ramen noodles from 7-11. Anyways, I did some quick scouting into a few Go Go bars such as Ra, Monsoon, Dollhouse, Lollipop, Flamingo, Viking, and Shipwreck. One word. Horrible! At Flamingo, they had these overweight girls trying to dance in tight dresses. They looked more like fish out water flopping around clumsily. I asked the old lady that sat me down, why are the waitresses dancing, is it amateur night? She told me that those are the Flamingo dancers on stage, not the waitresses. But to me, those old overweight women looked more like Teradactyls, far from Flamingo dancers. I just wanted to escape. I gave her a weird dumb bewildered look and walked out. It was like that with all the bars that night. Dollhouse should be renamed Doghouse. And Lollipop should be renamed Suckers (like in BKK), for any customer that goes there and barfines any breathing body from the bar. I could go on and on, it was that bad. All those clubs and I saw nothing I would fuck, even for free. And remember I have a budget of about 15,000 pesos a night of "use it or lose it" money to spend on girls and entertainment. My question is where all the hot girls? All I wanted was to find cute faced, white skinned Filipina girls, who are slim, under 45 kg, with perky existent boobs, small waists, firm round asses, flat stomachs, straight teeth, and no baby damage. Is that too much to ask for really? I decided to just sit at Kokomos, eating my shrimp gambas, and watching all the funny looking trolls, demons, and witches try to hustle and play their games one another. It was like an Angel just had descended into the Ring of Fire, and is now observing what's really going on in hell. That night, before I slept, I said my prayers for a better tomorrow. And when the next day came, I answered my own prayers by "doing" and letting God take care off the rest. I wanted a better tomorrow for myself, so I decided to give a better tomorrow for others. In the morning, I took a trike ride and visited the Duyan Ni Maria Orphanage nearby. I was greeted by two tired old ladies that ran the orphanage. After a quick tour of the place and meeting with some of the poor kids, I handed the old ladies $5,000 USD or about 260,000 pesos cash. This was saved, stipend "use it or lose it" money, given to me by my Dad for girls and entertainment, that I didn't always use up. Just like the money from the night before. Anyways, good deed done. No paperwork, no fuss, no big issue made of it. Just a quick post on my Facebook to why I had come to Angeles City in case certain curious folks wondered. It's Monkeypaw going into "a do good" stealth mode in case the trolls try to bring me down to make me think that I am bad like them. Plus, later that day, I went and did some grocery shopping at Johnny's Supermarket, then headed back to my AirBnb condo to whip up a shit load of Filipino spaghetti. In the afternoon I boxed all that spaghetti up and handed it out to the homeless street kids that roam around Walking Street. Monkeypaw do good, Monkeypaw gets good. That's how my life works.

Hopefully I won't do something stupid again like getting married. When you are married there is nothing worse than getting your handle discovered, so you have to bury your identity deeply.

Are you comparing the Koreans to the White Ex-pats that live there? I think you need to compare the whole group, including the tourist.

Firstly, I want to segment the population here. This discussion is about bar girls in the Philippines. Not all Filipinas. I think the idea of Filipinas wanting to marry western men and make babies is still 100% true. And this is for a few reasons, IMHO.

1. It is usually a more elder gent who is likely to fall in this trap of finding true love and getting married. For the Filipina, this means the possibility of a perceived better life in a western country, maybe a foreign passport, maybe an inheritance when the geezer kicks the bucket.

2. The offspring produced with a white man's seed is generally more good looking (white) and hence has a better prospect of a privileged future in the Philippines itself. Think Pia Wurtzbach.

3. Western men are still perceived as being more responsible about the child they sire. This may be contrary to the truth. I am sure you have watched Fallen Angels.

4. Most of the Korean men who monger in Philippines are married and would never ever think of leaving their family for a Filipina bar girl. They come for fun, have fun and go back. And blow a lot of money in that process. It is the western man that gets emotionally involved with the Filipina bar girl. Because back home he has been treated badly by a 200 pound gorilla and not been laid for weeks or months or years sometimes. The girls know this.
