This is why I am considering taking sand to the beach on my next visit to AC. Why go to AC? I like the festival atmosphere, do not feel foreigner, can dance the night away with my grand daughters without blinking an eye, can live my younger days etc. Only pussy costs more but not the hotel, food, entertainment. I love the legitimate massage parlors run by Koreans who do a nice job cheap and clean.

There really is something for everyone in AC. It breaks my heart to leave this place knowing that there are so many filipina that I didn't meet yet. There is always a last minute rush to get the final pop.

In two weeks I did not pay any barfine yet I had a range of different girls over the period. Speaking of periods this trip was celebrated without any blood. That's a change.

Highlight for the trip was certainly a hotel OJT. She's a bit older than other OJT, no kids. Great report Blanquiceleste. As Mark Twain once remarked about his own life, "Reports of my (or AC's) death are greatly exaggerated. " Perhaps what prompts the negative response from many BM's is the fact that for whatever reason prices are no longer dirt cheap as compared with other Asian watering holes and LT is no longer the default. All I can say is things change.

But it sounds like you had a real good time with some attractive girls and that is what counts. I will save a few of your bar recommendations in my notes file for a future visit, but I first have to tear myself away from MNL. 555. I love the big city girls.

Thanks Natty. You are right. The days when hot girls would suck shriveled cocks all night for 1000 pesos are long gone. But if you have the dough and are willing to spend, you can get a good experience. Plenty of hot chicks around.

On two nights when I went to Atlantis (I already had my BF with me by then) there were easily more than a 100 girls there and without any doubt at least 20% were doable. No beer goggles. I bought the mamasan a drink and she was happily willing to introduce a few to me. I politely declined as I already had my girl with me. Returned a few days ago from 5 days and nights in AC.

Over all a very good time. As was posted earlier today, Night Moves on Perimeter was well stocked and certainly worth the afternoon. Next door over at Det5 was very good also with lots of girls. Mostly 5's and 6's with a few nicer girls sprinkled in. Bar fining is really easy at both with no hassle. Pony Tails had some lookers but most of the girls spend so much time staring into the mirrors they forget the customers so it got pretty boring. A lot of the Perimeter bars have a much better set up where one can more easily engage the girls up close. A few bars were had truly horrible talent. Drill shack and Angel Witch for example. Walking street does seem to have moved even more Korean but that trend won't change anytime soon. But tons of options but few stunners. Does seem there was a lack of customers in AC last week but there was a lot of rain also. ABC Hotel was as good as always. Russian dancers at Aqua were pretty darn outstanding, but were untouchable. I tried and failed, but the efforts were entertaining.

There are still lots of bar fines of less than 2,000 pesos to be had, which is still pretty economical. Found a couple of do-able girls for 1700 pesos, which means she only get about $17 US after splitting with the house. Also paid up to $3500 off Perimeter. Over all was good time and I will go again next time I have the chance. The demise of AC often discussed here is overstated in my opinion. I am sure AC is different compared to 10 years ago. But, the only constant is change and AC is not immune.

While I realize AC is very different compared to 10 and 20 years ago, I don't think the changes over the past five years have been too significant. Maybe more Korean, but there is still plenty of variety for the non-Asian crowd.

Over the 5 days I walked into almost every single bar on Fields. Also that stretch from Angelwitch all the way to Midnight Cruiser. They Ponytails to Emotions and all the bars in between. And the rash of bars from Platinum (ex Firepit) to Night Moves. I must say Midnight Cruiser had some very good looking girls and is a tightly run ship. Aussie owner. Gregarious guy.

Barfined LT girls from Viking, Club Ra, Salambo and Brown Sugar. The girl from Club Ra turned out to be a runner, but the rest were all true LT, leaving only when I asked them to leave. Tipped all girls 100 - 200 depending on level of service provided, along with a mandatory Toblerone bar. Barfines set at 3000 - 3500 in bars on Fields.

Also during the day I barfined girls from Night Moves (Perimeter Road) and Ponytails. Barfines at Ponytails is 2500. Other Perimeter bars are 1700 - 2000.

Memorable lunch at a Thai restaurant called Patchawaran on Malabanas Road. Other days, I got some grilled chicken from the little shop right outside the Jeepney Terminal. On Fields. Also, the room service at Lewis Grand is pretty good, and they are on 24 hours.

People who say AC is dead might have that opinion as long term residents (more that 2 months at a time) or as frequent visitors (4 visits a year or more). No judgment on that. For folks like me there is plenty to be pleased about as long as you are willing to spend money.

In Cebu I have seen some very naive American guy wait for and leave with a LB only to come back 10 minutes later tail between his legs and likely poorer. He was lucky as clearly realised his companion was a LB before the clothes fell off LOL. Happen many times and is amusing to watch but never to experience LOL.

Yep. That's the threesome scam to the T haha! One thing I do is what I call the 3 sum test. If a girl says she likes pussy, she has to prove it there and then in the bar. There are 3 levels to this test.

Another scam that can be very effective is the crying scam. They only pull this on nice guys w / heart so a few guys here will never have to deal with it, happened to me in Subic 2 years ago.

The bar fine was a super fine spinner and she pulled the crying scam on me. We were getting ready for bed and she starts with the brutal bar sob story. She sleeps on the dirty hard floor (in the back of the bar) and has to pay a high rent to do this. The boss makes her work everyday, etc etc.

So after a few drinks we're sitting on the bed and I'm listening her nightmare story and it just took the wind out of my sails as it was meant to do. Soon she was lying under the covers crying and I soon let her go after trying to lift her spirits for 30 minutes. Then I turn out the lights and a few minutes later I say, "wait a minute"!

Why would she bar fine if she was that distraught? I thought more about in the dark and knew I was played. I got up and went to her bar and she was there. I told her your story doesn't fly and I want my bar fine money back. She wasn't distraught back in the bar. She said, okay, okay, I'll bring it to your hotel in the morning. Next morning she showed up with a big butch pinay and she looked incredibly good (summer dress). She walked over to where I was sitting (in front of hotel) and handed me the refund. I think I offered her to keep it if she came to my room but she was not interested. Fine. Another lesson learned.

Many scams out there. Actually the bars scam their customers out of full shot (tequila) thousands of times each day in the PI. I always make sure I get a full shot. In Club X I have them pour it at the table. That's the easiest way.

Cut and run only works when the monger figures out what he has on the line or in the net before he lands it and has his gaff in hand. If his gaff is in the jaws of his catch, the poor fella has already switched places in food chain. LOL! He will need to be very generous in negotiating himself out of such an untenable position.
