I know if I go back far enough I will find it but searching has me coming up short. After many years I will be using NAIA next week on my way to AC. Anybody familiar with the location of the Genesis bus at T1? I arrive 9:30 am so heading straight to AC, no stopping in Manila.

It is located between the two bars mentioned earlier. I have never noticed the bars even tho the dancers outside do distract you. Salvatore's has a full page ad in Blue Pages (book) monthly. The ad is atrocious in a dark color with small print. Really can't make it out. They are known for their pizzas too.

I am not sure which ones you are referring to. There is the old leather skin granny without any babies in front is Southstar and 7-11 that pokes you as you go by, then follows you and keeps pestering you. Then there 2-3 Indians carrying babies begging you. These have been the same ones for about the last 3-5 years. They usually come out after 3 pm.

Then there is the really dark Pygmy looking family with kids sleeping on cardboard near the restaurant pool table place.

I don't know about the others.

FYI, Salvatore's Italian restaurant is not near ABC Hotel. It is located on Fields Avenue near Phillies Sports Bar. I believe Roadhouse and Angel Witch Bars at ground level and Salvatore's on the second floor. Like I said, it is hard to locate. (Smiley Face. Special characters do not work in preview.) No one bothers to look up because you have Roadhouse and Angel Witch door girls in pretty dresses at ground level. But why am I advertising Salvatore's? I guess I am advising people to avoid it.

You may be referring to Al Bacio Italian restaurant, which is located on the same block as ABC Hotel. I have seen it from the outside but have never eaten there. It looked like an upscale restaurant to me so I'm thinking they do not have rats in the kitchen.

You are right, I am mistaken. Al Bacio is my go to restaurant so I was confused. I don't look at the names, just know the places.

I landed in NAIA T1 Monday night and took white taxi to Pasay hotel via the skyway. There was no traffic to speak off. The white taxi wanted 300 for the non metered ride. After I unloaded by bags I told him 200 and that's was a good rate for him. He grin and too it.

The next morning I had a former AC girl come over for 2 pops. Gladly paid her 2 k. When I have first met her she was a little chubby but very firm with the's. Now she has lost weight and has a very firm hour glass body. Great holding her thin waist as she CG me to the finish line. As I said twice!

Later around 2:00 I took Grab taxi to T3 arrivals bay 14 for Genesis bus ride to Angeles City SM City Clark mall. Grab was 150 pesos and Genesis was 350. BTW, hotel checkout was at noon and I asked for the latest complimentary checkout time and they cheerfully responded 2:00 Sir xx.

The bus took 3 and half hours, which I napped most of the way. Once I got to SM Clark I got Grab car within 10 minutes and was at my hotel in 5. My cell phone started getting texts. In the past 3 days in AC I have seen 4 previous girls and new 2 new referrals from them. I haven't stepped into a bar yet. Today I have over committed to 4 girls, 2 previous and 2 new referrals. 3 wants to come over around 7:30 pm! One wants day time action. Typical AC problems for me! I have paid 1. 5 to 2 k.

A few words about Salvatore's restaurant. A few years ago I would eat there once or twice on a weekly basis. They had a great steak for 600 pesos. Some of my guests would have the carbonara or other items. Overall the food was good, excellent for AC. There is a steep stairway to climb to the second floor. The place was mostly carpeted if I remembered correctly. The kitchen is located within eye site of the seating areas. My point is if there are rats then they certainly wouldn't be confined to the kitchen. I doubt they have them any more than else where. I imagine the place has it's where and tear.

Does Salvatore's serve rat meatballs with spaghettis? Rat stew is a popular local dish. So if they served you rat meat in their dishes, it was probably legal.

Wow, you had a rough trip. Were you wearing a Mario baseball with a letter "L" instead of "M"? Really, the only place I had an establishment add things to my bill without my consent was in Eastern Europe. I actually don't run a tab after several problems in NYC years ago. I settle the bill on the spot. At WG bars, most waitresses will look to me to confirm or deny a drink ordered by a girl and I ask what the price is. It catches those double drinks and stuff on the spot. I did get some rude remarks in Margaret River when I did that at a posh restaurant though about some of the specials the waiter was rattling off. But hey, I know some waiters make a lot of money but I am still the one paying. Don't think you were under any obligation to pay as you did not order nor authorize.

This happened several years ago. I was at Sky Trax late one night with a girl. Later, her mamasan enters with three other girls and a white dude. They sit at another table. They order a round of drinks. And I did not see this coming. The waitress brings their bill to me.

Carry smaller bills. In the old days, I would always have the front desk / cashier or FX exchange give me small bills. At most business hotels in the old days, they would literally bring one fax to me every 10 minutes instead of doing it at once. Each time, the delivery boy will expect a tip.

Before when the drinks were 85 or 95 pesos, I would just give the waitress 100 pesos. But now, they are 115 or 125 and it really sucks.

At a bar in Manila, the waitress brings back the change minus 10 pesos. She tells me the cashier did not have 10 pesos. WTF. Then she goes, "10 pesos my tip. " So she took the 10 pesos because she thought I would not tip her. I was going to tip her 20 pesos. But what can I say.

That actually happens a lot, especially to women friends I know. Last time for me was in Barcelona. A cabby offered a great price to the airport so I cancelled the hotel car and took his offer. He dropped me off at the first door. I told the guy to get closer to the middle but he refused. He said I had to pay extra. Typical. I was in a rush so hoofed it.

This was the last straw. For my departure, the fucking Manila cab driver dropped me off at the end of the arrivals ramp at Terminal 1.

Goodbye AC. I will forget you.

Next trip will be my maiden voyage to Pattaya. The fucking Filipinos don't deserve my money.
