You hear allot of stories about the Koreans from girls here. Like 'my cousin has a Korean BF' and I'll ask how long she's been seeing him and she'll say 3 years. Then I ask the age and she says 'she's 17'. Koreans get away with many things here if there's money involved. Hard to trust the ID's here since any 15 year old girl can go get an ID saying she's 18. This isn't just a one off, have heard this type of story from many Filipinas. Was talking to a 37 year old waitress who has a 14 year old daughter who told her she wants a foreigner. And the daughter lives in the province. So it starts at an early age these girls looking for Foreigners.

The bars here do have a constant flow of girls, they come and they go. The tough earners can stick around for years. I ask a girl how long she's worked the bar and if she says 5 years I have to say no thanks. Way too professional. But you can't put up reports here saying this club was poor, this club was great when you walked in and downed a drink in ten minutes and left. I walked into Shooters last night to 20 girls crammed onstage waiting for my buddy who was trying to talk up a girl barker at a Korean bar (as he approached her she said don't bother me I'm busy). Would she have said that to Koreans?. Anyway before he stepped into Shooters 12 of those 20 ran offstage and upstairs to rest leaving 6 on the stage. We sat for a good time bullshitting having a few beers before those 12 girls came back down. Same with Lollipop, you walk in at 7 pm and there are 8 girls on the stage. Walk in at 8 pm and there are 30 girls. Now 22 girls didn't all walk into the bar at 7:30 to start work, they were all sitting around upstairs. You want to rate a club you have to sit for an hour.

Personally I just don't step foot in Korean run bars for the most part. Drinks are too much. Hard to pay 95 pesos at Lollipop and others then be told at a Korean bar its 150. Then you a slim chance of even taking a girl with you unless its the end of the month and the Koreans don't like her looks. The Koreans must also give their girls something in their lady drinks because they all come down with menstration after taking a sip.

In summing up, angeles city is a mainly korean town, they far outnumber the westerners and have the few pretty girls sitting drinking or on their arm heading home, westerners to get laid have to accept the girls the asians do not want IMHO.

A few thoughts and findings over the last several bar hops in angeles.

The town is indeed dead for western visiting tourists, what very few old westerners that can be seen in the streets and bars at night are ex pats, as in live in angeles or nearby most if not all of the year.

Score birds pool party, shockingly bad food, older low quality girls that do not barfine, a shadow of the past parties of yesteryear, not worth the entrance fee IMHO.

Lollipop bar, great if one is in his 70's /80's and is happy with middle aged plumpers, younger guys can probably score better looking, slimmer girls for free in their own country, yes the ladies are a bit playful as in letting one have a quick grab of thigh or breast over an expensive lady drink, never seen a girl in this bar in multiple years that either me or my drinking buddies would barfine, not even close.

Geckos bar, about 10 girls on stage, basically looking bored, no smiles, no energy, one drink and was away.

XS bar, now here is a nice bar, good decor, cold aircon, polite management and wait staff, probably 50/60 girls on stage at various times either doing very good shows or parading in lines, probably 10 nice looking slim girls which are dressed nice, smell nice and are fun to drink with, most if not all girls give no attention to western customers, will happily give full attention and smiles to koreans, japanes, chinese punters, talk of westerners bar fining from here are fairy tales at best, a really enjoyable night drinking or watching shows can be had in this bar but only if with asians or asian.

Monsoon bar, had hit this bar several times, some times lots of attractive young slim girls, sometimes not so much so, again, the better looking girls here want asians to drink and fuck with.

Atlantis bar, where this bar in past years was the number one bar for many attractive girls and good shows its fallen down the list in being able to attract girls to dance here, about 30 girls in total, most cubby and plain, some old, about 3 or 4 girls worth buying a lady drink, of course these girls were already seated with korean punters.

Sailor Jack attended ScoreBirds Pool Party yesterday. This event is held the third Sunday of each month with DollHouse. Entry fee is 500 p which includes an all you can eat buffet but not drinks. Beer was 100 p. A mango shake was 150 p. Hours are 2 pm-6 pm. The buffet food was average but plentiful and with a wide selection so you should be able to find something that you like.

There was a bikini beauty pageant with 17 contestants. The girls were good to excellent quality. I think that the girls were probably the best of the DollHouse line up. In between the bikini girls on stage there were entertaining and energetic dance troupes similar to or same as you would see at DollHouse. Your 500 p entry fee includes several strings of beads that are used as the 'votes' for your favorite bikini contestant.

Video and photography are strictly forbidden. I like this rule. There are too many little weasels around AC taking surreptitious video.

Overall, I would say that this is worth attending at least once.

Here are the only updates / changes from Sailor Jack's post 10/16/2022.

There were 14 bikini girls competing. 6 from DullHouse, 6 from Atlantis, 2 from Lollipop.

The buffet started at 3 pm. The food is average at best.

It rained for about 30 minutes but most of the seating around the pool is covered.

All good seats were gone by 230 pm.

The music was too loud and the annoying announcer is even louder. Do not sit near a speaker.

You got the 14 girls in bikinis strutting on stage but across the pool and really too far away.

There were dance troupes from both Atlantis and DullHouse. It is the exact same dance routines that you would see at those venues. The dancers are energetic and athletic.

This is not a place to go look for girls to barfine. There were no other unaccompanied women to hit on. Bikini girls are tied up already, there are no other women circulating, and the dancers are all no thank you.

You might go here if you happened to be nearby and were bored, or maybe as an outing with a group of guys. But really, even in AC there are better things to do.

No smoking is enforced.

From a recent stint in sin city.

Fields FL. Sunday thru Thursday, small selection, full range from bakla to older / fugly (many) to young / cute (less of them). Friday sees a 50% increase of girls in the street. Saturday is 50% more than Friday, with oodles of lookers walking, from WS to Insomnia, and A Santos. Now on to the bar scene.

AC has quite a supply of FL. However, SM Clark is not one of those places. Several times in the past few months I've spent time in AC. I visit the mall almost daily, and have not seen this year any geezers hitting up on PYT's who are looking for a date. You will notice when you are in SM Clark that it has become upscale; the customers are much better dressed than they were 5-ish years ago. The AC SW have not infiltrated the SM.

OTOH what Goferring said about mall staff willing to meet for coffee or a drink outside of work hours (and away from gogo bars) with possibilities is spot on.

Behind it all, it is obviously well regulated, like how ladyboys are not allowed into Walking St by and large. Quite different from Pattaya and Malate where hookers go where they please (I get the short time hotel bit). It seems then the hookers are tolerated but only up to a point. I know there are red light areas in down town Angeles but they are more for the locals and only foreigners with a strong death wish.

The more entrepreneurial hookers, I guess, are off creaming it online. I like how in DIA, Pinalove, you get all these hookers who have globe trotted but they don't tell us how or why. Good luck to them making the best of their limited assets and thanks for shedding light on this issue.

Sailor Jack has no additional info currently. These events are not world-changing but the girls often get really into it and that makes them fun.

Unrelated; Sailor Jack was in Lollipop earlier this week. There were 13 girls on the Lollipop stage and Sailor Jack realized that SJ had bom2 7 of them. But then, so has everyone else.
