I think it probably is great for MMA fighters who have to use some anti-bacterial liquid daily as defence soap does not interfere with your natural skin flora. But I would still go with Chlorhexidine as it is surgical grade. And there are Chlorhexidine wipes too. Maybe someone can pitch in some other germicide too. And then there are others who take preventive antibiotics too.
