Me thinks Sailor Jack is taking my light hearted Delorean joke a bit too seriously. I'm sure the event SJ described happened. But it is no longer common place as it used to be. As for pics, I have many gigs of pics and videos from 2004 onwards and find it pointless to take more every trip. Like I believe SJ did witness some rare raunchiness in an AC bar, SJ can believe that I have plenty of pics I feel no need to share here on a public board. Or don't believe it. It bothers me exactly NOT AT ALL.

And no, I am most definitely not a full timer and never will be. While I love me a little LBFM fuck fest I couldn't spend more than 4 days at a time in that lovable shit hole called AC. ID still be happy to barhop with SJ and buy him a beer or two anytime during my next visit.

At first Sailor Jack was flummoxed for a response to this one. How does one respond to an unfounded claim that Sailor Jack did not attend an event that SJ did in fact attend? There were more than 100 guys in attendance at both events (the August rendition was highly muted and not worthy of a report) and yet there is only ONE poster on this thread who attended these events other than Sailor Jack? Really? Is that really true? Sailor Jack waited 10 days and there is only one poster here who says they also attended this event. What an eye opener that is for Sailor Jack.

It has suddenly occurred to Sailor Jack that SJ has greatly misread the makeup of the posters on this thread. Sailor Jack now thinks that SJ might be one of the very few full-timers on this thread. Or maybe Sailor Jack is the lone full-timer on this thread. That is depressing by itself, and it really makes Sailor Jack the odd man out on this thread. Sailor Jack has suddenly realized that SJ violated the first rule of Fuck Club.

1) Sailor Jack's prior post is 100% accurate.

2) ExpatPat and Montana and NonSense are somehow convinced that it did not happen.

Both of these statements are true.

ExpatPat and Montana and NonSense buttress their conclusion by offering their own ignorance as some sort of proof. Sailor Jack accepts their claim of ignorance, but it is only proof of their ignorance and nothing more.

More puzzling to Sailor Jack is what the motivation is for saying it did not happen? Ignorance? Arrogance? Sure, there are certainly degrees of that. But, after some thought, Sailor Jack thinks it is mostly fear of missing out. It is just so much easier for them to say it did not happen than to admit that they missed out (or maybe that somehow something could happen in AC that they do not know about). ExpatPat and Montana and NonSense simply do not WANT it to be true.

In Sailing, you can name the time OR you can name the place.

You cannot name the time AND the place.

That is also good security hygiene. Living here full-time requires a high level of discretion for security purposes. Did you ever stop to think about who reads this forum? WestCoast1 does not post trip reports until he safely out of town. That is smart. Sailor Jack does not have that option. Note that Sailor Jack's post came 5 months after the actual event (the event was in March 2023, not March 2024) and only got posted at all because the ongoing event is now tamed down. Sailor Jack never mentions the name of a bar (with a recent Insomnia fuck up well noted) or other venue. That is good security practice. It is also appropriate common sense turf protection. Thus, you will never see a bar review from Sailor Jack. The rules are different if you live in Angeles Fucking City full time.

In AFC you can surely find (and readily post here) melancholy, disappointment, angst, poor performance, poor quality, and blatant racism. But it is more likely that you brought that crap with you. There are self-loathing senior posters here who provide disinformation about a 20 to 1 ratio and only fatties and fuglies in Lollipop Bar and other bola2. Consider the posters' motivation for spreading this propaganda.

Just to follow-up from my original post. I broke down, gave a tip on Alua (a vidoe for 100 points or roughly $20 USD) and I got a video of the provider. Airbnb for condos, Agoda or Booking dot com for hotels. Most places offer a discount when you are 30 days or more. As an example, for less than one week, a residence might charge at $50 USD / night. For 28+ days (monthly rate) they might charge $40 / night.

Also you didn't specify what you mean by cheap / affordable. Is that $15 USD / night? $50/ night? $100/ night? Attached pics, from booking dot com, nightly rates:

Whilst I haven't seen one for a while except for in a backstreet bar catering to Filipinos where they occasionally do naked pole dancing. Naked shows seem rare but possible in Angeles still. If the bar wants to do it.

Remember it's all illegal and naked girls on stage is less serious than the act of bar fining a girl. Which is done every night. It's just more blatant and an easier target for the local politicians.

A small Korean bar beginning with be was doing it when bars were back open after the pandemic. Black nipple paint but some pussies out. Most bars don't do it because it's just not worth it for them. Bribery fees much higher. And believe it or not they don't bring in the high spending customer that could make it worth their while. Mainly drink nursers who will watch the show and exit. Also the type of girl willing to do it these days might not make for a great show anyway. Many bar owners over the years have tried to bend the angeles rule book on what's allowed, only to get raided and closed, each raid and closure cost big money to pay off the police to drop charges, to pay the girls / mamas / managers release fines from jail and to also pay to regain ones bar operational licenses.

I totally agree with your take on this. I'm not rich by American standards. I work my tail off ten months a year and make decent money. But I live in an expensive place to make this money, have family I support in the US and in the Philippines. But still, I am far more blessed with money than most people in the Philippines.
