Some context first, Salinas is a city in the Santa Elena province. It's about 15-20 minutes from Salinas.

The story is that there is only one Chongo in Salinas. Hard to figure as there seems to be a decent population in the area. I can't even give the address as there's no name on the 'street' its on.

If you search for dulce and deliciosa on google maps. It's on that street (in the same area as the fish market). About 6 girls. It's scruffy. As is the nature of these places.

I did do the deed with one. For 10 dollars.

The taxi driver wanted to take me to one 15 minutes away - but I said that was too far...in which case, he came up with this place. I'd imagine he wanted to maximise the fare. He said there were a lot of chongos in Santa Elena - just not in Salinas.

Unfortunately I cannot contribute as I have never been but I will be travelling up the coast from Lima all the way to the north coast of Ecuador in June. As such I am quite keen to see what you find. Visited Salinas in Nov 2013. I hear the place picks up around December, during high season. A cabbie told me to go to Zona Rosa in La Libertad, but I decided not to. I was in Salinas not too long ago.

I had heard of a place called Techo Rojo on another site. It even showed up on google earth as Techo Rojo Nigh Club. I think they meant Night Club. Supposedly $8 chicas. It was not there anymore when I tried to find it.

Asked a cabbie if there were any other chongos in town. He said no, that you have to drive to a nearby town and there is one across the street from a university. I did not feel like making the trip, so can not offer any further info.

Traveled to Salinas four years ago to fish a couple of days and going back next month. Didn't partake in any of the girls because I didn't know where they were at.
