Lima - Restaurant Recommendations

In San Jose Costa Rica we have a GREAT Peruvian resturant. It's a small place but the food is GREAT to say the least. They lucked out and opened up just up the hill from a very popular MP. Since so many SJO travelers frequent the MP, we have learned about the Resturante del Peru. Geeze great food and great pleasures all within a 30 second walk. Life IS Good.

Would y'all take a few minutes and post your favorite eating places "NO DATY" guys, real FOOD please :-), V only helps out for an hour or two, after that I need Food.

Hooters - Lima Peru - is it like the hooters here in the states ? Busty babes, pretty, great legs, over priced food, great babes, delightfully tacky yet unrefined ?
