I eat the best food in the world everyday. On occasion I want some "real" fast food but Mickey d"s does not cut it! I just got back from feasting on a chili cheese pepperoni burger, plate of greasy fries and a half liter of beer for 16 soles. Guaranteed to be sitting on my "Throne" the rest of the day!

Had a nice plate of cebiche mixto tropical at La Caleta, located in La Punta. Don't know the exact location (Pardo?) but there are a line of restaurants along the malecon.

found a fairly recently opened indian (as in red dot indian) called mantra, on quadra 17 benevides - opposite starbucks. (about two quadras past wongs on benevides/rep. de panama).
really, really, good curry - lamb was the best. stay away from the fried starters though, chef fucks those up and they all taste the same. the other stuff is very high quality.
website is mantraperu.com
recommend.

I was at LaMar today and the food was great. I had the Sea Bass cebiche and it was fantastic.
Thank you all for recommending LaMar.

Polvo took a group of us out to dinner last night to Rincon Gaucho. If you crave Argentinean steak and a good Malbec, it is hard to go wrong here.
Thanks Polvo for your hospitality! Good luck with the new Chica, you deserve her!

All three are excellent; fresh seafood and super service. They all have websites I believe.
Italian:
Roxi
Elias Aguirre 179 MF

You'd be hard-pressed finding a better italian restaurant in MF.

Can anyone recommend a good sushi place in or around Miraflores?
