I just walked by there today. Looks as same as the pic. Doesn't look like it will open any time soon. The late, great Veneto. I miss having one stop shopping for a fun casino and a huge lineup to choose from when done gambling.

That's interesting. Lots of good memories. However it would be hard to repeat what it once was.

Hotel & Casino Veneto will be re-opening in late December 2022.

I was there last week and spoke with a leasing agent who was trying to lease retail space, gift shops, restaurants, etc, in the casino itself along with the retail spaces facing Via Veneto.

There was no mention as to the chicas returning.

Time will tell.

I doubt that I will be returning until next year so I will be hoping to see some progress reports here.

Stayed at the Veneto in May 2018 and it was a terrible experience! Swore I'the never step foot in that place ever again. I had a huge issue with Getting the card reader to work so I could enter my room. I switched rooms 3 times until a room could be located with a working card reader for door entry.

Other than my issues with entering my room the girls working there were nothing special. I saw no more than 8 girls plying their trade on the casino floor and all of them were north of 35 years old. Habano's is nearby which is cool, but apart from that I'the choose another place to stay. Ymmv.
