Quick summary: Lactation and Pregnant fetish, pick up girl at office, you pay for LH separately. Good service, friendly to COURTEOUS Gaijin, PO speaks good English, girls minimal English, and, by Tokyo standards excellent pricing (24000(svc)+3800(LH)).

If you do go, please be courteous and respectful. I suspect it would only take one bad punter to screw this up for everyone.
