This is report from Bikerider about a one night foray into Paramount.

His observations are spot-on with a couple of clarifications:

Paramount Hotel elevators require a room key so the gal can not simply come up to your room later unless you give her a key which is not a good idea.

The more lively bars are more likely to stay open later with the run-around that Bikerider describes. If you can hit it off with a gal from the quieter bars (e.g. Office, Sandys, Fire. etc) they are more likely to close at the designated time.

The $150 of drinks for take-out is generally only at Abbey. Not encountered it elsewhere.

If you have to spend a fair amount of time in Singapore, Karimun is recommended. Prices are significantly lower and quality of service can be surprising.
