I guess Uruguay is too espensive on airtickets and average life costs are not cheap...and has very little to offer for average mongers. besides...I don't think them Uru girls are that pretty.
Lets not forget UY also is a rather small country with only 4 million people.
Better focus on other countries like PY,Colombia,Peru,Brasil,Argentina or Ecuador. IMHO.

I just posted something on Paysandu, so just in case you were wondering, you can read it and relax.

The cities on the Brazilian border are all really small. And there is generally nothing interesting about them in the Uruguay spanish forum. So I wouldn't get real excited about them, and that's why I didn't bother to check them out.
