    Hi Ultra Plot,

I don't ride motorcycles any more.

I heard, that there are nicer ways to commit suicide especially in LOS.

Besides, I'd need to be like Shiva: two hands for my TG and two for the bike.

Any other suggestions any one, car or bus this time please.

Its not hard to apply for an APEC card and costs only approx US$60 for a 3 year card - so if you want to save yourself immigration queues ALL OVER Asia, get an APEC card!

You have to be sponsored by an organisation within one of the participating countries: Australia, Brunei, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. As a UK citizen I wouldn't be entitled to one. Otherwise great scheme...

    Visit to BKK

I will be in BKK from 21st to 24th February and happy to meet up over a beer with any fellow members. Can be more fun to visit the go-go bars in company.

It was the far right as you come up the ramp from the lounge. Might be similar to the left, I have never looked.
OK, it was a gamble, and I realised that if I was rejected I might be sent to the back of a now very long queue. But I was very prepared to argue my postion as a senior and respected member of HMG. As it was, no problems at all...

Is there anything against taking a TG along? (I know, there is a lot for it!)

    I'd appreciate some relevant feedback.

Either they didn't care or assumed that anybody in that queue had been ushered there by the airport staff for some reason.
(This was about 7am so was also expecting a long slow taxi ride in, but in fact no problem at all, and sailed straight into Soi 8.)

    Tsunami damage

I am also most interested to know if this is a Bring Your Own location? Would change the timing of my trip in order to ensure I had the time to find a nice companion to take with me.

I have searched this site, but have found no recent intel on the Phi Phi Islands. Any information would be most appreciated.
    Looktoswing,

I don't think the Tsunami did much damage to the reef at Phi Phi island but more and more people coming here the last 10 yr did the most damage and over dive and boating , the better dive is at Rai island or Simian island where there are less people .
