Just renewed my retirement visa. Some items of note from visit a year ago.

SCB branch at the complex closed so if you used it to get your bank letter confirming account balance it's not now available. There is a branch at Big see further along Chang Wattana road.

No TM 30 required.

New visa's expiration date will be 26th September 2021. In other words your current visa is good to September 26th even if the year is up before then.

Otherwise it's the usual bunch of repetitive document signing and hanging around although this time I was in out in a little under 4 hours which included getting the reentry permit and the 12 to 1 lunch break.

Trump is considering blocking Americans from reentering USA if they are suspected of having COVID. So for those Americans in Thailand that may have to leave by September 26 consider the scenario that you fly Bangkok to San Fran and at upon arrival at SFO you have flu like symptoms because you caught a bug on the plane. Now you can not reenter USA so now you will have to fly back to your last destination, Thailand. After paying $1000 USD for a last minute ticket back to Thailand, you arrive in Thailand and obviously you will not be allowed in again. Now you will need to buy yet another plane ticket back to SFO after being denied entry back in to Thailand and pray that you no longer have flu like symptoms by the time you reach USA again after a few days of straight flying. Got to love America!

The lady that comes over to do my massage said they turned one of the Indian discos on Walking Street to a Thai and hip-hop disco. She said the place is doing big business. I tell you the Thais are around here partying like it is 1999 with almost no foreigners around. All the Thai bars near me are packed late at night.

Maybe the leaders know something we don't in regards to their opinion wanting locals to travel and spend money? As you noted the last 4 day holiday plenty of cars rolling in from Bangkok I roll through Soi Baukhao and noticed a number of people checking into the Holiday Inn Express thinking are they letting people in thinking Chinese etc. But later thought got to be locals?

July 28th, forgot the holiday already? The wife wanted to head to Sattahip to the Temple to pray for our son who is headed off the next day 29th, for the lottery draft. The Temple was packed doing a booming business I usually go through the motion to make her happy but due to all the problems in the world, I did an extra walk around the Temple since I had an abnormal amount of requests?

We were supposed to head to a second Temple for our extra request but due to the crowds of the first, we decided to forego and head back to Bang Saray beach for the rest of the day we had to drive through twice to find a parking space so there is money floating around the locals. Just like your area on the Darkside night spots for eating and drinking which are normally outside are packed I thought I would but I haven't heard one single Thai having the Virus nor have I heard or seen anyone jumping up and down they are getting any stimulus payment from the government.

An article today from a TAT assistance Governor spoke his opinion there are no talks at all about opening up Thailand for International flights which makes it look bleak for the rest of this year most expected something might happen late November or early December for the high season there is speculation even my plan trip Feb 2021 for Chinese New Year will not happen? It has been open like that since the lockdown started. The only time you could not drive down it with a car was a week or two ago when they had put the police table in the middle of the road near the entrance. There were just not too many people riding down it in cars. The couple of times that I have gone down since the opening, I have parked my bike there as well. I have never seen it as it is in the picture that you posted though. Appears to be the taxis looking for fares that are fucking things up.

Your photo was exactly I've seen it since they allow the GoGo to open which is usually once a week? I usually just come in from 2nd road Soi 15 and make a left and park my bike somewhere. Maybe the photo was taken during the closing hours which seem to have stretched to 2 am the reason for all the taxi pre-COVID at 3:30 am 4 am usually it starts to open to all the vehicle traffic.

I missed last night but tonight Sunday I was at W. S. It was exactly like your Photo that was around 8:30 pm but the time I walked out of Pin up 11:30 pm it was busier but nowhere packed like the other photo.

In other news. They just opened Pattaya walking street to vehicles 24/7. They also allow bike parking on the street. What could go wrong with that! It's one big line of cars with people weaving in and out of traffic. Tried to walk down it last night and turned right around.

If prices for girls were THE SAME everywhere which cities / countries would you be visiting the most to hobby? Based on girl's looks, service, attitude and the overall ease of hobbying.

But Germany and Thailand are as easy as ordering food at a drive up window. Cuba is a cat and mouse game with police (chicas can get into trouble but guys typically do not). Medellin and Kiev are great but take lots of work. Not point and click like Germany and Thailand. Spanish is essential in Cuba and Medellin. The providers in Kiev are university students that speak very good English.

BB I spend several weeks per year in Vegas and am very familair with the game there. I don't see how it makes your list based on "overall ease of mongering". The hot girls make so much bank just dancing in strip clubs it's very hard to get take home. At any price.

I've heard Japan is difficult for non-Asians but still want to try it. Switzerland I'll maybe try on my next journey to the FKKs hopefully soon.
