I often see something that I have a problem assimilating.

That is, the many Western men dragging behind old, ugly, poorly dressed Thai women.

OK, I understand the basics, these are probably low maintenance, patient, submissive companions. And, we don't all have the same standards in beauty.

But, let's be honest, where exactly is the "visual" part with them when it comes to sex? That one has to be blindfolded? And considering they most often have little or zero English, where is the companionship side of the deal ?

I have the most explicit example at my guesthouse. One 42 years woman without anything of attractive, framed a same age German that calls her every night, and they go over lengthy conversations made of nothing, as she only knows the following words "me take care, ok" ? and "same same". Of course I do not see her ever trying to imporve her English, all what she do is eat and talk on the cellphone.

I know he sends her money, for what exactly escapes me, prevent her to go to the bar? The only job she could get at the bar would be cleaning it.

She even tried to make a deal with me where after my scooter rental expires, I would have to take over her rental, in exchange I could have used the motorbike anytime, and so do her. At least that is what I understood, as she could not really express herself. Amazing proposition, I would have laughed if it came from a pretty girl, but we are talking janitorial quality here.

Now, there tens of thousands of interesting ladies out there, some are old, some are young, some have great English, some fucks well, some are not prostitutes and some are even funny to be with . Every man wanting a long term relationship should be able to find a decent combination, with a little patience and luck, why they stick instead with the bottom 5% ?

I finish my rant with one final motivation why that is bad. Thai women, of course, do act by others example, what this means, the more old fucks get a sponsor, the more "same same" ones will get into the arena to try to get a piece of cake. I would rather see young and / or hotties doing that please ?

I have seen a similar situation to this myself. My head shakes in disbelief. In my outside view of this nightmarish scene, the woman is a nasty slag (bi tch got edited. So make it biotch. Creds to my Black brothers) in addition and continually berates the guy and tells him what to do. The man comes into my condo to ask a question and she tries to steal a bottle of whiskey! The guy is a millionaire many times over (confirmed by some translation service I did for him as a favor on personal documents). Spends a fortune on her. She is an elderly, nasty, ugly biotch. Go figure? I have thought about this and believe it has something to do with low self image on the guy's part. Because even if she is a great sex partner and does whatever turns him on. He needs some mental health care for this act alone.

I sit bored in the room without anything better than to watch music channels, and make some considerations about Western and Asian artists.

They pass the latest video by J. big butts Ho, the executive summary about it is that she beats the shit out of male dancers in such an artistic manner. To me, that is a symbolism of what we wanted and let happen with our women in the western world.

CIM is probably not difficult to find, though I've only ever done it at blow job bars. Anal I always look for, but it is not commonplace - basically the women who are over 30 are fairly likely to provide it (maybe 30-40%), a few of the 25-30 can (say 10%), and among the young cuties under 25 it is a great rarity (maybe 1%). It stands to reason as its a way for the less desirable old girls to find a customer - young cuties have plenty of customers so there's no reason to bother with painful extras. Special clothes I'm sure would be no problem, but gangbangs (multiple guy) would definitely depend on the girl - some might be frightened if you spring that on them the first time. However multiple girl will be no problem for nearly all.

Consider a typical Patong Beach guest house of 3 floors plus lobby (in this case the lobby is also used as internet cafe, but without any succes). It has (I think) 15 rooms available to rent), I estimate it to be 600 sqm.

Brand new building of some quality. Purchased late 2009 for THB 18M (USD 600,000, that is 1 grand per square meter). Down payment was approx 5M, 13M loan (30yr, probably fixed approx 7.5%) Monthly payment 90,500. Meaning you need a daily of 3,000 only to break even to mortgage. Currently, she is not making that, so still bleeding money into it. WIll the future / high season be better? Buddha only knows.

The interesting human aspect is better understood with the following, I show to the owner how she will repay 32M THB to the bank over the lenght of the loan. She takes the calculator and cannot get to the same result, she was forgetting there are 12 months in a year. I am astonished how a single mom without english and previous hotel experience, dared to take such a big risk that can easiliy wipe our all her savings forever. I would not ever do that, not even in my wildest expat dreams, not even with a 3% loan.

Now guess who made the best deal here (beside the bank). Easy, someone had bought the land with whatever old dwelling for say 3M or 4M, built three floors for 9M, resold for 18M, pocketed 6M to the expense of an hard-working, long-term thinking woman.

Do this 10 times a year, and I start to understand how some Thai men drive around in latest model Audis, and party to the tune of 8,000 THB champagne bottles at the discos where falangs don't belong.

so after arriving in pattaya internet has been spotty here so went and bought a usb connector for mobile internet, a truemove sim, and 600 thb in airtime. i haven't been able to activate it and after talking to someone at tukcom he said it won't work for internet only phone. said i could call and get it converted or something but couldn't understand part of what he said. did i buy the wrong sim or could someone give me directions on what to do
