Moreover, with the HIV control drugs easily available today, a person who previously tested positive for HIV but whose drug regime has lowered the viral level to a point where it no longer shows up in a routine test would not realistically be among those "Per 10,000 exposures" sexual partners.

Giving or receiving Oral Sex, receptive or insertive, provides so LOW a chance of contracting HIV per 10,000 exposures they don't even warrant a fraction of a percentage estimate on that link.

Went to use the ATM today and every so often you get a machine that asks if you want their rate or to continue without using their well conversion. Always go the no conversion route. This brings up an interesting point for those who do BB anything.

From what I've read, chances of getting HIV are small for those who do not allow anything to be inserted into themselves (needles or penis); I suspect that is most of us. Thailand also has a massive HIV treatment system, after identification of HIV, the patients are treated and medicated for life. They get quarterly medical checkups for their HIV. They have good success at bringing CD4 levels up to safe levels. The amount of HIV in their systems becomes so low that it cannot be detected and BB sex becomes safe. I don't think HIV is a big concern for straight punters who do not share needles. Is it 100% safe? No.

I worry more about other viruses than HIV.

Bacterial infections are a completely different thing. They grow quickly and can spread quickly. I once read an internet article that described contents of a police station "rape kit". One item was a single 250 MG dose of Azithromycin (one sixth of a Z-pak). I wonder if taken after BBFS that would be sufficient to prevent bacterial infections from multiplying. I've been unable to find that article recently, so I cannot reread it.

I have been mongering and bareback fucking hundreds of regular girls and thousands of P4 P girls since I was 19 years old, 50 years ago now. In all that time I have only caught a dose of trichomoniasis from a university girlfriend when I was in my early 20's. Took some prescribed pills for 5-6 days, so did she, and it was gone.

Other than that, I have not caught anything sexually that has exhibited symptoms, shown up in a lab test or infected any of my partners so as to hear about it from them.

Got a vasectomy decades ago and never impregnated a girl. As far as I know, that is.

I also got the 3-shot vaccination for HPV there several years ago since I do a lot of DATY.

Almost every time I get tested a counselor gives me the results privately in an office and asks if I use condoms, do I have a girlfriend, multiple partners and so on. I always tell the man or woman counselor the truth; No and Many. Not once in all these years has a counselor then recommended, suggested or even hinted I ought to consider taking PrEP. Yet I know they have it there, sell it there and might even give it away for free under certain circumstances. I don't take it.

My experience has been most Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy go-go bars charge a 700 - 800 baht barfine today. Some might charge as much as 1,000 baht during weekends or holidays. Of course, that is what you pay the bar to take the girl out and is generally not negotiable.

The girls then typically quote 3,000 baht for Short Time and 5,000 baht for Long Time if they are willing to do a Long Time at all.

That amount quoted by the girl is usually quite negotiable and will often be lowered to 2,500 baht for Short Time if you just so much as hesitate to accept and agree to the 3,000 baht quote for 5 seconds. 2,000 is very doable if you state that amount and don't ask for anything special other than whatever that particular girl deems to be acceptable P4 P service. 1,500 baht? My experience is that the ST / LT rates in go-go bars is the same as it was pre-covid and so are the bar fines. I don't think the rate has changed much since 2017, I can't remember much before then, LOL. The exchange rate is a little better now so it's actually a little cheaper. 2500-3000ST and 4000-6000 LT. You can still find some 2000ST and 3000 LT but that is not the norm.

Now if you're talking about 10-20 years ago I have no idea you'll have to consult Mr. Goatscrot.
