One of the traps guys fall into is to get hooked into a relationship with a bargirl. My advice to anyone in a mongering paradise like Pattaya is to stay solo. I know PrEP is available at the Thai Red Cross testing clinic I go to. I think you can get it practically for free there. And in the little interview the counselors conduct before they give you the test result, I reply that I have multiple female sexual partners, no regular girlfriend or wife and never wear a condom during sexual intercourse.

Yet not one time in the dozens of interviews has the counselor said anything about perhaps I should start taking PrEP or even mentioned it.
