Like now & for the next week or so? Looks good to me. I'm here. As others have said, though, it's like a low season rather than high.

Also there is the looming threat of the protests. The leader says he'll shut BKK down for all of January, if necessary, FWIW. Whether that includes the airport, street walkers & seven elevens remains to be seen.

It seems in Hanoi of the north there are the local types:

I can get to the airport by taxi in 40- 60 min, no stairs or crowded trains and you can bring as much luggage as you want.

I've eaten at 2 of them and it tastes just like the US version. I know of 3 of them and not sure where the others are. One at the Airport, one in D1 and one in D10 for sure.

It took me 75 minutes from airport (so you want a boom boom) to NEP area on Monday morning from 915 to 1030. Driver said this was normal, although it's never been so long before since coming to BKK every year since 07.

Certainly no where near 4 hours, though, although arriving at the airport for a flight 2 hours or so early is typically recommended. Add 2 hours for traffic & there's your 4 hours.

    Mango massage outdated website

It seems the mango website is not getting updated like it used to be a few months back.

I walked in to see that talent and was pleasantly surprised to see a few new faces since I went there last 2-3 months back.

Seems NEsle has to do some work!

    Regarding ATM limits:

"Current amounts that can be withdrawn at any one time is usually very low. 2,000, 000 Dong with a 20, 000 Dong additional usage charge. ANZ ATM's appear to have the max payout so far, around 10. 000. 000 in one hit, followed by HSBC with a max of 4, 800, 000 Dong but with 100. 000d fees. Donga can go up to 5. 000. 000 Dong but it only accepts card from the Visa circuit, no MasterCard. In HCMC Commonwealth Bank (Australia) 8. 000. 000 Dong, no fees. 4 ATMs around Bui Vien St, Agribank allows 3mil at 20, 000."..
