Some have speculated that the re-opening of the temporary immigration office may be an indication that the visa amnesty will not be extended beyond its current expiry date.

Usually its not a problem to do it to them, not sure what you're looking at. The only issue comes into that the girls want to get you off to get the situation over with. You going down on them slows down getting you off and them going on with the rest of their day, which basically means playing on their phone until the next customer comes.
