As luckyguy points out these Russian types are very rare and expensive. No invasion at all. You will see quite a few Russian tourists, but that's of no help.

CIM is probably not difficult to find, though I've only ever done it at blow job bars. Anal I always look for, but it is not commonplace - basically the women who are over 30 are fairly likely to provide it (maybe 30-40%), a few of the 25-30 can (say 10%), and among the young cuties under 25 it is a great rarity (maybe 1%). It stands to reason as its a way for the less desirable old girls to find a customer - young cuties have plenty of customers so there's no reason to bother with painful extras. Special clothes I'm sure would be no problem, but gangbangs (multiple guy) would definitely depend on the girl - some might be frightened if you spring that on them the first time. However multiple girl will be no problem for nearly all.

Consider a typical Patong Beach guest house of 3 floors plus lobby (in this case the lobby is also used as internet cafe, but without any succes). It has (I think) 15 rooms available to rent), I estimate it to be 600 sqm.

Brand new building of some quality. Purchased late 2009 for THB 18M (USD 600,000, that is 1 grand per square meter). Down payment was approx 5M, 13M loan (30yr, probably fixed approx 7.5%) Monthly payment 90,500. Meaning you need a daily of 3,000 only to break even to mortgage. Currently, she is not making that, so still bleeding money into it. WIll the future / high season be better? Buddha only knows.

The interesting human aspect is better understood with the following, I show to the owner how she will repay 32M THB to the bank over the lenght of the loan. She takes the calculator and cannot get to the same result, she was forgetting there are 12 months in a year. I am astonished how a single mom without english and previous hotel experience, dared to take such a big risk that can easiliy wipe our all her savings forever. I would not ever do that, not even in my wildest expat dreams, not even with a 3% loan.

Now guess who made the best deal here (beside the bank). Easy, someone had bought the land with whatever old dwelling for say 3M or 4M, built three floors for 9M, resold for 18M, pocketed 6M to the expense of an hard-working, long-term thinking woman.

Do this 10 times a year, and I start to understand how some Thai men drive around in latest model Audis, and party to the tune of 8,000 THB champagne bottles at the discos where falangs don't belong.

Nah, not as fast as either the yen or the ringgit. And of course it's really more a fall of the dollar than a rise of our local currencies.

It's only up 7.6% on the dollar so far this year and you think it's going up another 8% by yearend? Doubt it.

Thailand's getting pricey, no question. Ah well, maybe it'll help keep the riffraff out.

Problems are :

Currency, the baht is appreciating faster than any other Asian currency, in a couple of weeks it will be 29 baht to the dollar, perhaps by December it will be 28 to the dollar.

Everything is getting more and more expensive and spending by visitors is reducing.

Safety, more and more bombs are going off or being found and disarmed in and around Bangkok. It is said this will get worse as the present dictatorship continues to abuse its power.

Most tourists will get turned off of Thailand by firstly the fact their money is getting weaker and weaker and the holiday is getting more and more expensive and secondly, its the normal Thai way that if business goes down they raise the prices to get the same money from less volume, and therefore this is a double whammy impact on pricing being raised.

What's the current situation in Thailand these days? Specially in Bangkok? Is it safe for a tourist to go there? Just opened the website for World Central Plaza Mall & they said its closed due the to political issues!

My idea of a perfect session is something like find a lady, taking her out for dinner, then going out disco dancing or bar hopping or something the whole night, before going back to hotel (and preferably dumping her the next day and on to the next one). I've had tons of success at this in places like Mexico, COlombia, DR, and Philippines, but strangely not Thailand where most of ladies have struck me as more cold and mercenary on a rush to leave, and I never truly hit it off with them (mainly talking Cowboy/Nana ladies).

Any advice on best place to arrange such sessions?

Thailand is very hit or miss when it comes to getting this type of experience. My strategy has usually been to scope out women for a night and see who has energy and a connection with me and mention that the next day I'd like to come early and take them out for the night. I try to read body language to see if they're interested. If I don't get a good vibe I move on. You'll also have better luck with the less popular women as the popular ones prefer short time so they can come back to the bar for more.

If money is no object, you can take out a girl from a g-club like Pent or St. Moritz but it will cost you a lot and is usually better if you're going to be in BKK for awhile and have deep pockets. I've had some wild night outs with g-club women but it was expensive.

As for Bangkok vs. Pattaya -- you'll probably have better luck in Pattaya with a girl who really wants to party and things are open later which helps, but for me the Pattaya scene isn't my thing.

Thailand’s transport ministry has approved a THB63bn ($2bn) expansion plan for Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok. The investment will fund a second passenger terminal as well as new offices and additional parking; however, plans to create a third runway have been postponed. The six-year project is expected to boost the airport’s capacity from 45 million to 60 million passengers per year.

Hope they'll make it more beautiful than the present one which is particularly ugly, especially for Thailand.
