My combined #1 tip for enjoyers of BBFSCIP in Thailand is the following:

1) Freelancers never ask for condoms, at least the younger ones.

Re 1: This is not my experience. When I still had 'going with the flow' as my MO (nowadays I always ask for BBFS beforehand), I think at least 50% of the girls insisted on condoms. Although I agree that this percentage was lower among the younger ones (up to 22/23 yo, approximately).

This was exactly my point when I said that the OP should read dozens of pages first, and then come back to us if he still has specific questions. That is OK.
What is not OK for a noob is to post very general questions, and then expect detailed answers. It undermines the purpose of the forum if all noobs post the same questions over and over again, and get the same answers over and over again.

Yes, interesting. For me it is at least a 60% or more success rate in getting a "Yes" response to "boom boom no condom, ok mai?" when I ask them directly, upfront and face to face in the bar, the club or on the street before I pay a barfine or take them. Far better than my 20% or so success rate in avoiding a verbal or physical resistance to it in "go with the flow and see what happens in the room" mode. That's why I much prefer the former over the latter.

It kind of goes like this for me; Getting a Yes response is non existent if I am only texting such a question online on TF or Tinder. However, you and I must be meeting and choosing radically different Freelancers in Thailand. Or maybe I am choosing them while they are in a more elevated state of awake and alert sobriety. Or it could simply be that I am too disgusting and hideously ugly for more than about 20%, one out of five, Freelancers who I don't vet for BBFS+CIP upfront before I take or meet them in person to agree to it for any amount of money in "go with the flow and see what happens in the room" mode.

That is about my rate of success in getting BBFS+CIP with all hookers in Thailand whether they are Freelancers online, in a bar, in a club or on the street, go-go dancers, beer bar girls or massage shop girls, girls in their early 20's to ladies in their 30's and 40's, whether it was during normal times or during the past two years of supposedly "dire economic" conditions.
