I have heard from others that asian chix don't have much business sense. I witnessed some of this in Bkk:

I tried to change USD to Thai money and many changers would not take hundred dollar bills: one had a slight brown smudge and one had a few letters written on it in pen. They also check the bills for slight tears and won't take them. Check your bills and exchange them for pristine bills in your country before you leave for your vacation.

It's not just the sick Buffalo stories, after 3 days, they know whether you are going to be a "boyfriend" or just a customer. If they consider you a customer, then the level of service goes way down.
