Hard to generalise. It just depends on the girl chosen, IMHO. I have had good and bad experiences at both Gogos and soapies in recent years. Not like 15 to 20 years ago when soapie girls were almost always good. Success rate in Gogos declined severely as well.

I would probably agree with your comments about "generics are not as potent as the genuine brand name drugs. " I've used Kamagra in the 100 MG pouches. Sometimes it works nicely, sometimes it doesn't. My genuine Viagra works the same every time (including the nasty side effects).
Any pill can vary in efficiency. Depends greatly which girl you are fucking, for how long, how long since the last fuck, is it late and you are tired, did you just eat a big meal, have you been drinking alcohol or worse cough medicine, etc.

In the right circumstances a small piece of Kamagra would work quite well for me. Don't find it unreliable that could not be explained by other things. I believe you have to vary the does depending on circumstances. It normally produces effect of getting hard extra quick and easy and staying hard for long time.

I don't take it with GF, since I usually do her daytime, not after big meal, after good sleep, BBFS, usually a while since last one, tight perfect pussy, etc. No difficulties for dick to rise quickly with her being well used to her, and no marathon sex with her. Also I think she would notice if dick goes up too quick with no apparent reason or cause.

For me, both Cialis and generics (Apcalis) were quite ineffective in producing anything noticeably different from normal. Perhaps dose was too low, or all were fake. LOL Actually first time I tried Cialis, in Thailand, it seemed to work and taste like Viagra. I tended to believe I was getting a fake actually generic Viagra instead labelled as Cialis but not actually Cialis. Real Cialis or Apcalis tasted very different. You need to buy from somewhere reasonably trusted to supply something reliable.

At the prices mentioned, I really doubt that they purport to be selling a generic Levitra, don't know if a generic exists, but I will ask them next time, and why Levitra might be better for some. 2000 Baht sounds like prices for genuine article to me. Generics are normally vastly cheaper. Still I am speculating, just the whole story sounds weird to me. Why would a generic cost 2000 Baht? Ridiculous.

Actually I am pretty satisfied with a high power effect of Kamagra (or Sidegra) in a short time, and usually a piece will do even for unco-operative girls within reason. Avoid eating a meal before sex and avoid alcohol, and I find I know is working (can feel face flushing) after 20 minutes maybe even 15 sometimes. If your dick works reasonably, you don't even need it to have immediate action. You get the confidence from knowing a boost will kick in soon. You might start by going to the room, take a shower, then with foreplay including DATY, maybe then get a BBBJ getting the dick up naturally. The if Kamagra starts to kick in at 30 min mark, not a problem really, but I find it is rather quicker than that. I never go for immediate BJ and fucking anyway, and can probably at least start the fucking unassisted.

Never take cough medicine. LOL I found that it caused major dulling the senses of the dick as well as the throat. Okay For guys too sensitive, if they need their dick dulled down, to avoid exploding on first pussy contact. LOL.

I buy Levitra from the pharmacy on Sukhumvit between Soi 2 and 4. The 20 MG 4 pack is 1800 baht. I find that for me taking the least amount possible while achieving the desired results will have the least amount of side effects. In fact the more often I use it the less side effects I experience. I think Levitra is only supposed to last about 4-5 hours however ID I take it often I seem to get some blood level buildup so it lasts longer. I cut each pill into 4 ths so I'm only taking 5 MG and that works well for me. At 1800 baht that equals 16 doses at about $3. 50 per dose.

Here is a summary of what happened.

Are the generics working as well as the name brand Levitra? Years ago someone posted a suggestion to buy generic from the same manufacturer as Kamagra.

I've never tried Levitra, but a friend tells me that he doesn't get the nasty side effects associated with Viagra and Cialis. In my part of USA, the lowest price I can find is $520 for 10 pills. Gasp!

I arrive in BKK in about 6 weeks.

Get the APEC card or start the process. You can do in several countries in the region. Makes travel easier and shorter lines.

I did not pay close attention to what Monkey P prices were but I get the drift. Might go for quickie in Geylang if very desperate, or bring my own sex bomb from Thailand with really good English. She has been there before with me.

Can I apply for a six month multi-entry Visa to Thailand from Singapore? Only applied from home country previously. Is Singapore a good place or is somewhere else nearby better? I expect to be in Singapore for a reasonable period.

How long can one stay in Singapore without a Visa, as a tourist. LOL I only stayed a few days previously?

I was not that impressed by girl talent in Geylang and in Orchard Tower previously. Are their great places for slim pretty models, preferably without surgeries, or am I better off coming back to Bangkok for long weekends, and saving expensive Singapore Hotel costs. Maybe my previous survey was a bit too quick.

Am I better off taking a Thai girl to Singapore with me for a while? LOL The worry is she might want to go shopping. Ouch!
Most passports get a 90 day stay in Singapore. You can always go to Johor in Malaysia (30 minute drive), if you want to extend your stay beyond 90 days. You can get a tourist single entry visa to Thailand in Singapore, if you want a multiple entry, they will ask for proof of residence or work permit in Singapore. There is good talent in Brix and OT, but prices a ridiculously higher vs Thailand. Option to bring a GF from Thailand will make economical sense, suggest you read Singapore forum to learn do's and don'ts to avoid entry denial to the girl, if she is travelling to Singapore on her own. You can also check the KL forum to see, if getting a multiple entry visa to Thailand there is any easier.

I would be wary of all these clinics around the place. So I pay up for proper treatment.
    Thanks for all the referrals.

I never knew you did not need to be numbed for a filling until I came to Thailand and the dentist in Bangkok asked me if I wanted it. I was so used to being ripped off in the USA that I did not know it was not necessary.
I try to get to Thai dentist (degree in USA) about 3 times a year for clean and scale and checkup. There is usually some plaque to be cleaned off. My teeth maybe more problem than average (formerly). It seems to keep the problems away, is vastly cheaper than western dentists and usually I can be seen same day I ring up for appointment (in Bangkok), unless right staff are not there. Thai dentists are not so busy because Thais can't afford really frequent visits.

Mouth decay is a contributor to bad breath so worth keeping in good condition.
