Hard to generalise. It just depends on the girl chosen, IMHO. I have had good and bad experiences at both Gogos and soapies in recent years. Not like 15 to 20 years ago when soapie girls were almost always good. Success rate in Gogos declined severely as well.

I would probably agree with your comments about "generics are not as potent as the genuine brand name drugs. " I've used Kamagra in the 100 MG pouches. Sometimes it works nicely, sometimes it doesn't. My genuine Viagra works the same every time (including the nasty side effects).

Any pill can vary in efficiency. Depends greatly which girl you are fucking, for how long, how long since the last fuck, is it late and you are tired, did you just eat a big meal, have you been drinking alcohol or worse cough medicine, etc.

In the right circumstances a small piece of Kamagra would work quite well for me. Don't find it unreliable that could not be explained by other things. Generics are normally vastly cheaper. Still I am speculating, just the whole story sounds weird to me. Why would a generic cost 2000 Baht? Ridiculous.

Actually I am pretty satisfied with a high power effect of Kamagra (or Sidegra) in a short time, and usually a piece will do even for unco-operative girls within reason. Avoid eating a meal before sex and avoid alcohol, and I find I know is working (can feel face flushing) after 20 minutes maybe even 15 sometimes. If your dick works reasonably, you don't even need it to have immediate action. You get the confidence from knowing a boost will kick in soon. You might start by going to the room, take a shower, then with foreplay including DATY, maybe then get a BBBJ getting the dick up naturally. The if Kamagra starts to kick in at 30 min mark, not a problem really, but I find it is rather quicker than that. I buy Levitra from the pharmacy on Sukhumvit between Soi 2 and 4. The 20 MG 4 pack is 1800 baht. I find that for me taking the least amount possible while achieving the desired results will have the least amount of side effects. In fact the more often I use it the less side effects I experience. I think Levitra is only supposed to last about 4-5 hours however ID I take it often I seem to get some blood level buildup so it lasts longer. I cut each pill into 4 ths so I'm only taking 5 MG and that works well for me. At 1800 baht that equals 16 doses at about $3. 50 per dose.

Went to Thailand for the first time last week. I spent 2 nights in Bangkok and 5 Nights in Pattaya. Is it available in the pharmacies or do I need to buy from a street vendor, such as those that post near Soi 11? I believe I've seen Levitra at the street vendors. Are the generics working as well as the name brand Levitra? Years ago someone posted a suggestion to buy generic from the same manufacturer as Kamagra.

I also get the impression from my reading on Thai Visa forum that Singapore is not the easiest location to just get a tourist visa. Mongering there can be a good experience out of Orchard Tower but you are going to pay Monkey Paw prices.

I was not that impressed by girl talent in Geylang and in Orchard Tower previously. Are their great places for slim pretty models, preferably without surgeries, or am I better off coming back to Bangkok for long weekends, and saving expensive Singapore Hotel costs. Maybe my previous survey was a bit too quick.

Most passports get a 90 day stay in Singapore. You can always go to Johor in Malaysia (30 minute drive), if you want to extend your stay beyond 90 days. You can get a tourist single entry visa to Thailand in Singapore, if you want a multiple entry, they will ask for proof of residence or work permit in Singapore. There is good talent in Brix and OT, but prices a ridiculously higher vs Thailand. Option to bring a GF from Thailand will make economical sense, suggest you read Singapore forum to learn do's and don'ts to avoid entry denial to the girl, if she is travelling to Singapore on her own. You can also check the KL forum to see, if getting a multiple entry visa to Thailand there is any easier.

The dental center at the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital on Sukhumvit charges around 1300 baht for teeth cleaning and includes X-rays of your side teeth in the price.

Another place which seems good is PIDC on Soi Buakhao just across from Soi Honey.

I would be wary of all these clinics around the place. So I pay up for proper treatment.

I have been going to Doctor Smile across from Tukcom for years. As a matter of fact I need to go in a couple of days for a cleaning and yearly check. I think it costs about 700 baht for the deep cleaning. A filling is about the same price. I never knew you did not need to be numbed for a filling until I came to Thailand and the dentist in Bangkok asked me if I wanted it. I was so used to being ripped off in the USA that I did not know it was not necessary.

I try to get to Thai dentist (degree in USA) about 3 times a year for clean and scale and checkup. There is usually some plaque to be cleaned off. My teeth maybe more problem than average (formerly). It seems to keep the problems away, is vastly cheaper than western dentists and usually I can be seen same day I ring up for appointment (in Bangkok), unless right staff are not there. Thai dentists are not so busy because Thais can't afford really frequent visits.

Mouth decay is a contributor to bad breath so worth keeping in good condition.
