Late night here and the hands sometimes have a mind of there own. It is a "Troche" , a dissolving soft square tablet. And since I have male pattern baldness I can attest that you can't stop the loss of hair. I have found that since I have been on the regiment that I have grown a lot of hair on my back. But have no fear, I have never been rejected for being bald and Ladies have never complained about the hair on my back. In fact I have had compliments from Thai ladies that I am a strong man, and Chinese massage ladies in Honolulu say that back hair means a strong man and good sex.

No being a very hairy person I would no want back hair at all. I am just not used to it. LOL.

I think the ladies appreciate skill more than being strong and macho, however I know some girls are into muscles and six-packs (but I am a little too old for that). I happy just to avoid being called "fat piggy" since I went onto low carbs diet a few years ago.

After reading the other reports, I will just get my testosterone levels checked for curiosity. I don't really want to be too horny all the time. I was like that before. No sex yesterday. No big deal. Got a nice one the day before.

My testosterone levels tend to bounce around, seemingly dependent on such things as how much I exercised recently, etc. Sometimes the readings are on the low side of the reference levels (or occasionally lower), other times not. I did try the testosterone shots a couple of times and they did increase my sex drive a bit and even improved my sleep a bit.

However, I stopped taking them when I found out they increase one's risk of developing blood clots. Given I have an increased risk (according to a general genetic test I took) I don't want to increase it.

Another thing is it is "replacement" therapy, not testosterone supplement therapy. Taking testosterone shots will result in your body stopping its manufacturing of testosterone, and can result in shrinkage of the testicles, etc. I don't know whether this is completely reversed if one elects to stop the therapy, but even if it is, the whole process makes me a bit nervous. So as much as the notion of an easy way to increase one's sex drive is attractive, I'm not comfortable with testosterone replacement therapy.

My T levels dropped very low so I started Testosterone therapy and for the first 3 months your unbelievably horny just like when your 18. Then that goes down. Wish I'd known about thailand then cause I had to get a lot of extra services. As far as blood clots they test for the red blood count and keep it below a certian level your ok, of course the press neglects to mention this. Anyhow, I'd definitely get your levels checked no harm in that. I was very surprised at how low mine were.

Does Testosterone boost cause you to go bald faster? I ask because I still have fairly good hair but definitely a very thin patch (age pattern semi-baldness) in the skull cap region. I don't think you mentioned the frequency of the $30 shot.

I once had Doctor suggest to me Propecia to slow down my hair loss, then I read on internet that it could stuff up my sex life, so no thanks very much!

Any recommendations on where in the Suk area that I can get my hair colored and get a good manicure and pedi? I am going to try Eih Tooms suggestion on getting my hair darkened and see if it make a difference.

I know there are a lot of salons around but it's always better to get a referral.

The Troche is around $14.00 each. I have had negative results and bad hangovers from Viagra. I do not like the sight or eye problems and the flash feeling that comes with it.

I have the desire of a 25 year old guy. Horny as hell. Hitting up the ladies every chance I get. But I agree that I, like you am satisfied with sex in the morning and again at night or late afternoon.

For me the biggest advantage of Viagra over Cialis is the shorter delay time before it works. With me, Viagra takes about 30 minutes to work on an empty stomach, longer if I have eaten recently. Cialis takes 3 or 4 hours before it is effective.

For me, Viagra lasts about 24 hours. Cialis lasts about 72 hours.

All this flies in the face of Science that gives completely different numbers.

Since half life of Viagra (scientifically tested) is approx. 4 hours on average (50% effective at 4 hours) then at 8 hours will be 25% effective and at 16 hours will be 12.5% effective and at 24 hours will be just under 9% effective. Some web sites claim it will be completely out of your system by 20 hours. That I am a bit sceptical about. Mosts sites say that Viagra is effective up to 5 hours, but it does clearly depend on whether the user overdosed in the first place. I am sure half life can vary a bit but I doubt that Viagra is intended to be effective for many hours over the 4 hour mark.
Older persons (> 65) may have a slower metabolic rate which could slow down the action of the pill in first place and make it last longer in the body as well.
I have seen reports of extended effectiveness of 8 to 12 hours for some men (but 24 hours may be stretching that a bit):

If the user is a person that pops very quickly then all bets are off. We normally talk about the ability of Viagra to help an erection last for a considerable time. In my case takes me a very long time to pop normally.
With GF there is no requirement from her to have me last past 30 mins, in fact she is generally done at that point so a Viagra boost is not going to be worthwhile. If I want to fuck for 2 hours, then Viagra is definitely going to help, however girls tend to anti that. LOL

So if your Viagra is still working at 24 hours, then it really means you took at massive overdose at some point, probably from the start.
A single tablet at 100 MG is indeed a large overdose for most people. I always say to people to start with 25 MG. And see if that already works more than adequately.

My first try of a low amount was very good for me (too long ago to remember exactly), giving me a hard on just from thinking about the girl, that I was driving the car to meet for sex.

Similar logic applies to the Cialis in terms of calculating a good suitable dose. It has a longer half life (supposed to be 17.5 hours on average).

I have experienced it lasting 6 to 12 hours. Depends how hot the lady is and how exciding the event is progressing. But it works well. Be advised that this is not a cheap avenue to go down. Each T shot is around $30.00, and each touch is $14.00. Shots are self administered in the leg once every 10 days. But I am 71 and very fit and strong. No fat belly and I am very active. Last time I was in Bkk I averaged 12,000 to 17,000 steps a day walking around Bkk.

My suggestion to all that are around 64 is to find a good doctor and start a program. You will be very pleased at the results. And as far as you doubting Thomas out there, hell your going to die from something, so it might as well be in the arms on a young Thai lady.
