Has anyone taken these and if so, do they work and are they considered safe? Internet search says not to take, but of course they are news sites etc and maybe just scaremongering. Anyone experience of this?

As for any stuff on the cloud being 100% secure, well one has got to be some sort of retard to believe that.

Keep in mind that many of us have our smartphones configured to automatically back up our pictures to the cloud, you might not even realize it. Mine does exactly that, but the few suggestive pictures that I want to keep are quickly transferred to separate media and removed from the cloud.

Even so, I can never be sure what copies might exist after a picture enters the cloud.

I buy "megalis" when I am Phnom Penh, but I think it is also available in BKK. I have had very good results with it. It is an Indian knock-off I believe.

I have had no negative side effects, feelings of light-headedness, dizziness, headache or anything else with Black Ant King. One whole tablet of BAK is probably enough to do a good job. And if I feel that it will be enough, I might not pop anything else later. But I am aware of the heat / storage issues with these products so I have both BAK and the 100 MG Tadalafil on hand and take them in half tablet form incrementally ahead of time in order to get a sense of the potency. So, you are right, it could be either one that is doing the trick on any given day. Many times a half tab of BAK earlier in the day and one tab of the Tadalafil is more than enough.

A few months ago, my friend left me a stash of genuine Viagra (20 MG, I think.) he had bought for top dollar in a USA pharmacy but didn't want his wife to find it in his luggage back home. When I took a whole one of those tabs and nothing else, I did experience the classic flushed face, cloudiness around the eyes, slight dizziness I have not experienced much at all from my current half tab BAK and whole tab 100 MG Tadalafil regimen. And with no better boner results.

The sellers often push another Black Ant King type product, I think it is called Red Tiger something or other on the premise that it is "stronger". My experience is it is no stronger and might not even be as strong.

The recommended dosage for Tadalafil is 20 MG and you are taking 100 MG. I'm surprised you don't have side effects from that large of a dose? I agree that some of the batches that don't always work and take a quick acting Kamagra jelly with me as insurance. I used to buy Apcalis made in India at the pharmacy inside Foodland on Soi 5 for about 200-250 baht for 4 20 MG tablets but its no longer available. Much less side effects than Viagra and long lasting into the next day.

I have always assumed that the dosage listed on these street seller copies is off the mark and not in the direction of giving you more of the effective ingredient rather than less. LOL. They sell Tadalafil tablets listed at 200 MG (which I have taken before, too, but with no better results than the stated 100 MG version), even 500 MG. And have seen it sold at those dosages on the Internet as well. Truthful? I doubt it.

I think some things are lost in translation here. Normally a patent for drugs will only last a couple of years before other companies can make similar variants.

More like a couple of decades. You really think Big Pharma can afford the expensive research and development programs, followed by the long clinical trials period to put a drug on the market and have an exclusive on it for just a few years? Slightly off topic, what's the best place to buy ED meds in Jakarta?

When I am in Jakarta I shop at the Guardian Pharmacy located in the basement of Plaza Indonesia adjacent to the Grand Hyatt. It's a nice, friendly place with pretty girls waiting on you, and I have never had a problem. Jakarta pharmacies sell 3 different versions of Sildenafil: (1) Viagra, the name brand Pfizer version which is the most expensive, but significantly cheaper than USA Pharmacies; (2) Rozgra, an Indonesian brand, which is significantly less costly than Viagra but not cheap cheap; and (3) what they call generic (Sildenafil), which is the cheapest version. The Pharmacies generally do not call Rozgra a "generic" so you should ask for it by name. I am good with either the Viagra, the branded version or Rozgra, the Indonesian version. The Sildenafil generic version did not seem to do the job as well.

I do not know if Cialis is available in Indonesia. The last time I checked, it was not available in Manila. Only Viagra and Generic Viagra are available in Manila. Everyone has different preferences. I find a half dose 50 MG of Viagra (Pfizer) or Rozgra works best for me. I take 2 500 MG Tylenol (Acetaminophen) 20 minutes or so before I take the 50 MG Viagra and I am rock hard whenever I want to be with no side effects like headaches. Cialis for some reason does not work as well for me. I get hard, but not Superman rock hard. 555. I think I could do just about as well cold turkey without the Cialis on most nights.

Two more points: it is far more economical to buy 100 MG Viagra and split the pills in half rather than buy the 50-MG size. To that end I have a sharp little pill cutter which does a decent job of splitting the Viagra in two with minimal waste. It can split 5 or 6 Viagra at a time. I have several prescription bottles from home with my name on it and I keep all my Asian Viagra in them for safe travel purposes.

I went to another pharamcay in the same building and the pharamcist was working so I could buy it there. This was in the building next to the Grand Hyatt, I can never remember the name. Again, I may be completely wrong and you could need a script from a doctor but some countries have strange laws.

1. The pharmacy where I bought the bootleg, fake Cialis was on Soi 22 not Soi 23 as I originally posted. The pills, the box, the packaging, everything about them looked real, but they were fake. They were poison. Pill for pill, I could not tell them apart from the real ones I had purchased in a Costco Pharmacy, USA. I am glad I did not mix the two lots together.

Someone else pointed out that, "they do massive sales business and rely on their reputation for quality."

The only thing I do not like about them is their store has no air conditioning, thus all their medications are stored at BKK room temperature. But I always look to buy product from them with the most time left until expiration and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meds they have sold me.
