This is more a general view of some postings in the BKK thread:

Again I have to question all this nag about increased prices and less talent. Again I can compare from lets say 07/08 until today and I have not seen any dramaticaly increasing in prices. Hotels almost the same. My usual hotel (Grand President) I view bills from 08 and back then a room cost 2180BHT incl tax. My last trip in Dec 12 the cost was 2284BHT. Taxi from BKK to mentioned hotel I still pay an even steven 400BHT incl toll without any driver reacting (yes I know it is more than by use of meter but still very very low rate. Not even start tax in Norway). I still pay 2500BHT per bottle of vodka in Insomnia / Climax (with membershipcard). And Freelancegirls are happy with 2500. 3000BHT LT action. Spasso stands out as 5000BHT place. BTS prices is the same(i think). And a taxi downtown can still drive you for ages for 100BHT. Even a middayfuck from BG soi 7 is still 1500. 2000.

My impression regarding girls is still that it is almost a constant ammount of providers to my liking (freelancemarket) and there are never any trouble getting there attention. They are still friendly as long as you work on the basic chemistry. I still consider BKK as my nr 1 destination. What will happen in a few years no one knows so I enjoy it while I can.

But MP's, Go Go and BF's I would not know about since I don't use this services that much.

Please don't go to Google. I heard from a friend of a friend that said he heard from his friend (who hadn't actually been there but had been to KFC) that all the staff there and most of the clientele have incurable STD's. He even said that everyone that went there eventually died!

I've been. No pretense, not at all fancy type of place. Decent drinks and prices as I recall.

I love it. Go there often. Food is decent and the music is good. Three different acts over the course of the evening typically.
