Thank goodness for this, for if the country were not so corrupt and dishonest in spite of its high level of development, the large-scale P4P industry would not have survived as long as it has.

My hometown had an efficient, honest, non-corrupt (though quite trigger-happy) police force. It was also very difficult and expensive to get laid there, and we ran the very real risk of arrest and prosecution.

Germany has a large scale P4P industry and a police system (Landespolizei and Bundespolizei, Bundeskriminalamt, etc.) that are Ok for the most part (nothing is perfect!). The only problem I see in the legal P4P German FKk and Partytreff clubs is that the Police sometime conduct immigration control and deport foreign females who are not allowed to work in Germany and do not pay tax on their earnings. So, I believe you can have a good P4P system and a Police system that doesn't declare a suicide when a man's hands are tied behind his back as he swings from the noose.

I picked a girl out of Nauhty Girls, and had a drink w/ her at Lucifers. All was good. Then I ordered a second round and she went to the wc, after a few minutes she didn't return, and I looked around??? All was OK w/ us!
So I walked around and no girl! Went back to NGs. and they called her!!!
No I don't want girl back, I want 600baht back!
Returned next day, and they say she is fired, doesn't work there any more. I ask for $ back and they offer other girl no charge!!!
NG for me! No refund, exchange only!!! I left Thailand next day;-(

I returned for new trip on Aug 26, and guess what, first stop NAUGHTY GIRLS. THIS TIME MANAGER IN HOUSE, BUT ALAS Time expired!!!!!!!! Also the Mamason confirmed my story!!!!!
He told me it was too long ago!
I told him I came back the same night and next day after! But NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!?!?!
To Make the situation laughable, At 3:30am same night(first night this trip) who do I see in Insomnia disco But skinny Peow, The dissapering girl! I spoke w/ disappering girl and she offered a session, but NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. I'm not stupid.
My final thought, avoid Naughty girls. I don't think they are a bad GO GO bar, but, Let the buyer beware??? or Bar fines are NOT a guarante!!!

Suicide is not so surprising among expats in Pattaya or Thailand in general. In most cases they run out of or lose their money and can't face the horrific prospect of returning to the life of working in their homeland. In a few cases they discover they have some socially condemned ailment. Generally speaking anyone rational enough to choose the Pattaya life is rational enough to check out when things get bad.

What would be a socially condemned ailment? I remember a guy asking me did I want buy a Condo in A.C. I told him I like to visit the Zoo I don't want to live there.

When someone sees a city like Bangkok....we tend to expect a police force which can be equated to a large developed city in Europe/Canada/America, etc. What we get are ignorant, dishonest, criminals with a large degree of endemic corruption.

Bit of an overstatement, given the cops in much of Latin America, Africa, and elsewhere in Asia. Like where I am right now, the Philippines. Talk about thugs . . .

The key is "for a country of a fairly high state of development". I have lived all over the world and have experience in the places you note......but comparing the Philippines to Thailand as far as development goes, is not a good comparison. When someone sees a city like Bangkok....we tend to expect a police force which can be equated to a large developed city in Europe/Canada/America, etc. What we get are ignorant, dishonest, criminals with a large degree of endemic corruption.

I'm afraid you're being completely realistic. Unless the police have reason to believe these things aren't suicides, e.g. someone raising a fuss and publicly demanding an investigation, they're hardly about to increase their workload. 'Suicide' is the easiest option for everyone.

1. DO you want both or just in Pattaya? Pattaya is about 100miles from Bangkok. In Pattaya try Galaxy Cabaret but becareful they will try and rip you off.

2. Just have a good look around and also try some of the go gos you will find them or they will find you.
