I just finished watching a Youtube video posted on May 13, 2022 that mentioned prices at some popular Walking Street area go go bars. Beer, lady drink, bar fine, ST / LT prices. (I'm guessing that the ST / LT prices were just numbers that somebody threw out and doesn't account for negotiations and all the other stuff involved.) Some joints seem to be just taking the piss or trying to recoup their losses suffered over the last 2 years in a mere 2 months! I can't believe there are enough fools to part with their baht to make the bar owners to achieve such an objective. Can anybody on the ground refute / confirm what the video proclaims?

I don't understand why anyone in Pattaya would use TF, when you can simply go to a bar and select the lady of your choice.

How many guys have reported going out and not being able to find a chick they wanted? They spend hours going from bar to bar seeing 4 or 5 chicks at a time. With TF you can quickly scroll hundreds of chicks while comfortably sitting on your toilet. Talk to the one you like and say come over right now. Yes there are risks. And the flakiness usually comes when you want to make a reservation. If you tell them lets do it right here right now same as you would at a bar, then there will be less of a chance of flaking. Some chicks on there are regular chicks with regular jobs though, so do not mistake everyone as being P4P.

What are the other apps / sites to pick girls other than TF? The girls on Thai Friendly are not responsive even when I am a paid member and my location is set at Pattaya.

I just send all the girls I find attractive a message saying Hi. I do this while I eat breakfast and eventually you will get responses. Sometimes the girls get so many messages they just don't see yours.

I think it's useful to collect a solid number of Line IDs about a week before your visit to Pattaya. Some women can be slow in responding on TL, and you don't want to message them on day 3 of your stay and get a reply on day 7. Once you get do add their Line, no point in chatting much, just contact them when you're ready to go. Most Thais respond to Line immediately, but there'll still be flakes / misses, so good to cast the net wide.

I was just in Thailand for 30 days and honestly by the end of my trip I had girls messaging me at 2 am asking what am I doing. Maybe some flake but for the most part most of the girls I meet on thaifriendly and hangout with want to hangout again.

Yes regarding the flakes LOL. I found this to be the case too that they would rather come over right away.

For the 'popular girls' on TF, using the website even on a free account bypasses this limit. Thus, I tend to use the site more to browse and only use the app for messaging.

Hi fellow mongers!

Firstly. Thanks to everyone as I have gathered a lot of great advice in these forums and I wanted to share some of my tips using TF for strictly freelancers.

Tips:

1) to piggy-back off another user, definitely use a photo. Will get more responses.

2) Get the premium version of the app / site. But if you just want to stick with the free version, you have more options when using the website. So just use the website instead of the app for most of your research as this bypasses the 'popular' premium' limitation of viewing profiles in the app.

3) If anywhere at all they write 'freelance', or 'available' with hearts or money emojis etc, and provide little to no profile information with sexy photos, you can expect them to be freelancers and available for sex. Just message them to ask for charges / line ID, can use no condom etc.

4) When messaging them, use simple sentences. As most of them are using translators, of you throw a wall of text they tend to only respond to 1 question (if you asked them multiple) or just don't respond at all.

5) Don't ever trust the profile pictures / line pictures. Most will use touch-up apps (U-Like) etc, so they will likely be darker and face is worse than the picture.

6) If you are not sure if a girl is a freelancer, and are using the free version (which limits you to 1 msg every 10 minutes) just show interest in them first so you can come back to them later when you have a msg available.

7) Try to hide / block as many girls as possible as you will get to see more of the new profiles coming out.

8) Some might just message you straight out if you looking for ST, though I tend to avoid them as I feel they seem to be more desperate and willing to scam you. (Hasn't happened to me yet as I have been careful with those freelancers).

9) So far, avg charges from asking 10 girls, st is 1 shot 1200 condom, 1500 no condom and double that for LT. Of course you can negotiate with all of them.

10) Definitely will need to do your research, but once you find some good freelancers, no need to go to the bar / pay bar fines, unless you like that sort of thing that is.

Overall, it definitely is a lot MORE work than just going to a bar and finding a girl there. But, I'm not much of a drinker, and I dislike all the small talk and the atmosphere of those places. The more experienced mongers can help refute if they don't agree with any of the above. And, I have only been in Pattaya for 10 days and this is from my experience only (as a Chinese dude). It might be different for the westerners LOL and I heard from one of the freelancers I have been hooking up with that for Thai women, 50% like white, and 50% like Asian. Take that with a grain of salt, but I guess this is why point 1 is important as the girls will just ignore you if not their type.

The ladies in the Darkside are pretty much the same as at a regular bar in Pattaya. Some doable, some not so doable. Prices are comparable.

If you are a tourist in Pattaya, it makes no sense to go to the Darkside. The customers in the Darkside are mostly those poor bastards who married a Thai lady and so don't get laid anymore.

I'm inquiring about where I might be able to get a Covid test with rapid test results as required to fly back to the USA.

Has anyone had to go about this? In Costa Rica the hotel will arrange to have a nurse come to you room to administer the swab test and results are in about 3 - 4 hours and you can get a printed test result at the reception desk. Does Pattaya have anything like this? We'll be staying at the Areca Lodge.

You can get one at Pattaya Memorial on second road and Klang, also at Bangkok Pattaya on Sukhumvit their charge 1080 baht told you got to make an appointment. If you are near Soi 4 down from six International Hospital.

For my last day in Pattaya before traveling to Mexico, I had a lady over for drinks, which devolved into Short Time. A couple of hours in the afternoon. Then, at 18.00, I went with a lady to some bars, she said she wouldn't see me for a couple weeks because I was going to Mexico, so she wanted to get drunk. Which she did. We ended up in Club Fate, which had a good number of doable ladies.

Today, I go to Suvarnaphumi, but my flight isn't until tomorrow morning- early. So I will be staying at the Novotel airport hotel. I am bringing a lady with me from Pattaya for entertainment in the hotel.

And there will be a lady waiting for me at the airport in Mexico City.
