I thought after you arrive into Thailand from a foreign country, and after 14 or so days of quarantine, you could have gone anywhere in the country without further quarantine. IF you were in Pattaya, you would have already finished quarantine.

But the original question was about going from Pattaya to Samui, with 2 Thai ladies. This required quarantine a couple of months ago, but now it's basically impossible.

When traveling to Thailand alone, I either hang with other farang tourists or find a holiday girlfriend, but so far none more than 2-weeks. In your situation I'd probably seek a Thai lady with a brain and an enjoyable personality, spend a few days with that pandemic girlfriend then move on to the next. Maybe throw in a couple ST bar girls between pandemic girlfriends. Most Thai bar girls drive me nuts with the immature way they act, I seldom tolerate LT. From the girl supply side, I'm sure it is possible and 1000 THB per girl per day seems believable. Pattaya is a town that has been full of low cost hookers for decades. Remove >90% of the customers and the prices will go down.

What I question is "why?" Explorer wanted to take 2 girls to Koh Samui but didn't take the trip due to cost of COVID testing, but, he spends about 7000 baht per day on hookers and alcohol (5 girls at 1000 baht each plus perhaps 2000 baht alcohol and incidentals). I don't get a vote because I'm not there but it's basic math. Pattaya had a gazillion hookers before. Many went home as business collapsed so there are probably only half a gazillion left.
