I am disappointed with what I have read over and over on this thread and on many others.

What I see is people come to the board to try to get help getting what they want from their trip and all they get is people telling them they are stupid and to do something else instead.

To those that came here looking for help getting what you want.

You do you buddy. Don't let anyone tell you to do the opposite and seek other things.

You have an idea in your mind of what you are trying to do, you do it. You may crash and burn and you may end up without what you want but you have to do you. It is your money, it is your time, it is your trip. You spend it the way you want to.

Chase that unicorn. Chase that fantasy. Chase that dream.

When someone tells you do the opposite, put that in the not helpful column and move on.

When someone tells you some good advice on how to get what you want, take that advice and put in the helpful column and try to work that into your plan.

To those that think they are helping by telling someone to do something totally different.

There is nothing wrong with telling someone you disagree and suggesting a few different options.

What you should also include is thoughts and ideas that help him accomplish what he is seeking, no matter how you feel about it personally.

Too often I see people telling others how to get what the one giving advice likes and wants instead of helping the guy get what he wants.

Just because you don't agree with it or think it's a waste of time does not invalidate what he wants. That is what he wants, help him get it the best you can.

People are different. What you want could be different than what they want. Different strokes for different folks.

You think it's a bad idea to find facebook girls. OK, say that but why not also use your experience to try and help him make the most of the approach he wants to take. Give him some tips on how to do it better, how to increase his chance of success.

Can anyone on the ground confirm that [CodeWord900] in Pattaya (Soi Chiayapoon) was raided and is now permanently closed? A former coworker, now retired and living in BKK, told me this. He knows it is one of my favorite places and there is something in me that thinks he may be f--king with me.

But if they are closed, it would be heartbreaking to me. I have been to Pattaya several times in the past three years and one thing I would always look forward to was visiting [CodeWord900] for a quick BBBJ / CIM experience in the daytime. There were days when I visited [CodeWord900] three times. Those girls there, while they might not be 8's and 9's, sure know how to polish a knob until finish. They never failed me. I have been to 10 different BJ Bars in Pattaya and BKK and [CodeWord900] in Pattaya easily is the best in my book.

I visited Windmill a couple of weeks ago. Not one girl who was hot.

I'm back from a drink at Sapphire's. Not a single curvy gazelle. Rather stocky girls. All pulling long faces. None able to move her body to music. Who made them wear those coarse unerotic outfits? Did try to gogonutz-style massasge on the south side of Pattayasaisong 13, near Soi Buakhao. Forgot the name but you can't miss it. Good if you have no other choice, but it was like 2500-ish. For that price I'd save up for a go-go girl guaranteed to be hot.

And? You have meet an educated middle-class family as there are anywhere in the world. In the USA people would ask me if I was lost and reminded to close the top of the car when parked. This is excellent advice! As for Bangkok / Pattaya it is the last place you want to do a physical. They promote these types of packages to attract customers like you are getting a million of items checked for the baht and yes they want to find fault and will try to sell the kitchen sink to you. Pattaya Memorial / International is no different get it at home unless you don't have insurance.

Not when there are other options that are better value in terms of money and experience. If you're the type to settle for subpar just for the sake of checking off a box, then that is one approach though not one I'd take. Most likely, he'd have far more fun in his limited time on Soi 6 where he can find someone who can really take care of him. Soi Chaiyapoon is another option with plenty there. Heck, if he's willing to risk using his phone, he can seek out Valentina and Noi. A+, great BJ, it's all there. Eye candy, not so much, but he won't really find that at a soapy either. Looking at this from the lens of someone who is with family, on limited time, and trying to maximize fun; not as someone who has unlimited time to try out various things.
