When it Thailand why spend money on Gatorade or any electrolytes product when you got coconut juice everywhere in those fruit carts. Research shows for 15-20 baht you are going to get more much more than suggested get a small or large one have them crack it open when done with the juice then you eat the slices. Cramps over!

Where in Pattaya around the flesh spots can you get a coconut for 20 bahts? 40 bahts is the best price I've been able to get for a coconut + spoon to scrape the inside.

Coconut electrolyte especially high on potassium.

I used to get severe leg cramps once in a while. My Doctor recommended drinking Gatorade. He said it was the loss of electrolytes (sodium, potassium and calcium, ect) that causes the problem. So drinking a bottle of Gatorade or Vitaminwater (both of which contain electrolytes) on a regular basis in the evening a few hours before going to bed solved the problem. Knock on wood. I take a quality GNC Men's daily vitamin too, but don't know if that helps or not. It can't hurt.

Interesting. I would get a charlie horse in my right ankle after ejaculating on occasional. These posts have made me realize I have not had one in quite a while, possibly because I am taking a vitamin supplement with both Mn and MG?

Don't know about the horse, but leg cramps also result from low potassium levels. 1000 MG / day is good, 2000 is better.

Than you have to forget to meet Viet girls out of Vietnam. In Macau or Singapore the Viet girls are relatively more expansive than Thailand providers.

There's also KL Malaysia where you can easily have Viets from 80 MYR (600 baht) up. Not going to be great (either looks or service) at the lower end of that range, but there's an occasional diamond in the rough, and even the uglier ones look better than an average Pattaya working girl these days.

You can get 2500 Baht sex in Bangkok and 30000 Baht sex in Macau.

Or you can get 30000 Baht sex in Bangkok and 2500 Baht sex in Macau.

Depends on what you want.

One of the cheapest place to find Viets in Macau is Hou Va. About 2500 Baht if you let them pick the girl. If you go to a sauna you might spend 10000 Baht or more.

Of course you could go to Vietnam and spend 500 Baht on sex with Vietnamese girls if you learn how to use sites like Thienda.

What I do if a girl has poor attitude (like asking for money in advance) before sex starts, is apologize, say I don't want to proceed with the session since I no longer have the feelz, and give her 100 baht for her trouble on her way out, so she doesn't try to raise a fuss. As you noted I-Rover just because it has the word Bar it doesn't mean it is a place you can barfine the girls. ! There are a number of places just outside of I-Rover, that serve food and have girls you can BF, they are pretty obvious because there are servers and girls sitting on stools doing nothing but being eye candy. Jibby's, Scooters, Billibong there are about a half dozen of them if not more.

As for I-Rover, the girls are mainly servers of food and I-rovers from what I understand there are girls that will go with you but no during work hours and certainly they aren't going to drop their plate of fries for a customer and go upstairs with you for ST or LT, I know this from regulars I know but never ask or care because I never have seen anything I like, plus I have a rule business is business and pleasure is pleasure that means for me what I eat I don't want anyone messing with it?

I gave her 100 bhat which was more than enough to cover her taxi cost back to Soi 4. I know because that is what I paid the taxi to take us to my apartment. It was a cascading set of things she did that led me to ultimately cancel the session finally culminating in 'you pay me first'.

I don't think a punter needs any excuse to terminate a session if no sex has occurred yet. I've done it on several occasions for reasons no bigger than unpleasant smell (cigarettes are a turnoff for me too), just apologized politely, said I changed my mind, not her fault, and gave them some money for their time (usually 200-300 baht). The amount is perhaps a bit more than I would have if the cancellation was due to bad attitude. Remember, 300 baht is still a daily wage in this country, you need to stand on your feet for 8 h in a 7-11 to earn that much, so 200 baht or so should be more than enough for well under an hour of doing nothing more than getting to your hotel and back.

Haha. Before I made that claim, I did a search of the forum and the first use of the phrase was last November by your's truly. Not sure how far the search goes back, but I know it goes back more than 10 years, so at the least I am the first to have used it since the mid to late 2000's. (Note: this is all good natured! At the least, I am happy that people are recognizing the existence of the blues, which I have been describing for a few years.).
