I went on my first trip last Sept. I didn't have any issues with neither of these. Didn't have any luck on Soi 6 in regards to these services. For 1 k might be impossible. I experienced these services multiple times from gogos. No extra charge. Well the extra charge came when I had to visit Med Express on my return. Nothing permanent luckily. I'm a younger guy so went after younger ladies. This is where I had luck. Older ladies always requested cover. Had the most success from the mill and sister gogo Anna. Bit pricey though.

Hit Walking Street 2 nights ago and again tonight. Talent has been very weak and definitely much fewer girls than normal in the gogo bars. I came home at 1 am due to frustration both nights so that should say it all. I know many of my girls left for home before Christmas and appears all others have followed suit. Walking Street is packed full of tourists but none actually go in to the bars.

Time really seems to be dragging. I was in LOS 2 months ago, but it seems like 4 months.

Just a few updates since then:

The Trophy Wife is still in contact with me. I guess she is having difficulty finding a rich guy, so she is keeping in touch. From my and, apparently, other posters' experience, the short answer is "no".

Oh, from girls of a certain lower level of attractiveness, my guess is anything goes anytime. But when I targeted the only half dozen or so reasonably good looking girls I spied on Soi 6 that evening, the answer to even an ordinary CIM finish was not just "no", but "Hell no, and here is my standard buzzkill lecture for men who would even dare suggest such a thing to me or any other Thai woman on the planet. " Sure enough, my buzz was so thoroughly killed by their prepared and practiced speeches that I didn't even WANT to find out if BBFS would ever be available with any of them at any price in my lifetime.

Bangkok night scene can be at its very quietest in the last few days leading up to New Year. Can be very low traffic at 2 in the morning. Tourists may well be down as well, but many Thai people leave for the provinces at around New Year. Can be hard to get a ticket on the buses.

If you have collected enough girls, probably not all will have gone to the province.

In my experience BBFS mostly standard in soi6 is not true at all, sure is more easy if the girl know you well. CIM is very easy to get in soi6, swallow is depends on the girl but not many will swallow.
