I was on Soi 6 yesterday. Soi 6 is dead. 5 years ago you could sit in a bar and watch a customer walk up with a beauty every 15 minutes. I didn't see that once yesterday. The Nightwish Bars are a NOGO for me. All other bars are retirement homes.

And I definitely won't pay 2 K. Soi Pothole will certainly be the successor to Soi 6. But then the Nightwish Group come there and ruin it too.

If a girl is barfined, does she go collect her things from somewhere in the bar then leave with you.

If your hotel is more than a 5 minute walk, how do you get there bus, bike, what is common?

Do you pay their way to return?

Is it out of line to leave a location with a girl and go to another for drinks before going to the hotel? Would that require long time?

Once a girl is BF, she just changes and goes. They have personal lockers at their bar. If it is Soi 6, many of them stay in the rooms there. As you said, barfining a girl in these places is a sucker's practice, being asked to spend 1 K more won't push them stopping being suckers.

One has to remember that on top of the barfine these guys are also giving 4 K to 5 K for these girls, plus many lady drinks before taking her out of the bar, plus taking care of all her needs once outside of the bar, so the 1 K baht difference is nothing in this case.

And these bars are not destroying their own market given that they are the only ones bringing in new talents, and they stop the contracts of the underperforming girls which are being forced to move in others bars and lower their income expectations.
